Top Tips on how to stay cool in Lanzarote’s Summer temperatures!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Visiting our beautiful island of Lanzarote, with stunning beaches, vibrant culture and not forgetting year-round sunshine is a fabulous holiday and escape for so many! However, during the Summer months when temperatures have been known to reach the high 30 degrees Celsius, it\u2019s important to be prepared and know how to keep you and your family cool! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here are our Villas Now \u2018Top Tips on Keeping Cool\u2019 so you can enjoy everything Playa Blanca and Lanzarote has to offer! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Stay Hydrated.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The first thing you need to do is stay hydrated. When the sun shines down and temperatures rise high, your body will lose more water than usual through increased sweating.  Make sure you have plenty of water with you, taking regular drinks throughout the day. Our top tip<\/strong>\ud83d\udc49 when it comes to lunch, opt for hydrating foods like fruit and vegetables, cucumber and watermelon are our faves!
