Casa Indiana está situada en uno de los lugares más exclusivos de Playa Blanca. La propiedad está en una zona muy tranquila y tiene piscina y un jardín privado. En esta villa todas las comodidades están al alcance de su mano. Tiene 4 dormitorios, 3 baños, WiFi. El aire acondicionado funciona con monedas.
Casa Indiana se divide en dos plantas.
Hay 4 dormitorios y 3 baños en total. 2 dormitorios, y 2 baños en la planta principal, el primero con cama de 1,80 y baño en suite con bañera & ducha el segundo con 2 camas individuales. Los otros 2 dormitorios y 1 baño en la planta inferior.
Los dormitorios de la planta inferior son iguales que los anteriores de nuevo, 1 dormitorio con cama de 1,80 y el segundo con 2 camas individuales. El cuarto con baño en suite en la planta de arriba, con ducha & bañera. La habitación doble en el nivel inferior tiene un cuarto de ducha al lado y el baño de la planta inferior tiene un gran baño con una ducha & bañera. Todos los dormitorios tienen aire acondicionado.
Hay un salón/comedor abierto amueblado para 8 personas con cómodos sofás de cuero. TV y reproductor de DVD (DVD no incluido). El salón tiene puertas de cristal que dan a la terraza superior con comedor al aire libre y cómodos sofás para disfrutar del clima perfecto que ofrece Lanzarote. Además de la terraza superior, que ofrece sombra durante el día, hay otra gran terraza con orientación sur, alrededor de la piscina con 8 hamacas, una mesa y sillas para comer al aire libre, junto a la tradicional barbacoa canaria, que tiene su propia zona de preparación de alimentos y de lavado, lo que le ahorrara viajes a la cocina y donde todos ustedes podrán relajarse y disfrutar del olor de la comida recién preparada mientras ven al “Chef” en acción. La villa ofrece también tiene una fantástica mesa de billar.
En la azotea hay otra terraza con vistas al mar.
Desde el salón a través de una puerta se accede a la cocina que esta totalmente equipada con todo lo que se espera de una casa de esta categoría ofreciendo, lavavajillas, lavadora, microondas, tostadora, hervidor de agua, vitroceramica horno, surtida cubertería y vajilla.
Único en esta villa es un solarium en el techo, completamente privado, al que se accede a través de escaleras internas dentro de la vivienda. Ha sido diseñado para tomar el sol todo el día y al estar en el techo ofrece total privacidad.
La villa viene con una Xbox. Se solicita un deposito de 50 euros por los mandos, y los juegos no están disponibles por lo que si deseas esta opción deberá tener tus propios juegos.

The villa is spacious and spotlessly clean. The downstairs which is on the same level as the pool was great for our 2 teenage boys, they had a bedroom each and shared bathroom as well as a seperate area with a sofa and tv. Kitchen has been modernised and came fully equipped with everything you would need. The other 2 bedrooms are spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The outside is amazing. 3 different areas where we could sit and eat, one area being the terrace which is large and as well as a large dining table it also has some lovely ratan sofas on it. The pool is a great size and well maintained in fact someone came several times a week. The location was perfect, walking distance to the town centre which took around 25 minutes. We took taxi's which cost around €4. There is a volcano a 5 minute walk from the villa with a track to walk up it, the views are amazing from the top. Spoilt for choice with restaurants and bars a short taxi ride away. We had a wonderful time at Casa Indiana and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Playa Blanca |

There is plenty of outdoor space for both eating and relaxing. The villa was absolutely spotless. Our flight was delayed and we arrived late and were met with coffee/tea and milk and some refreshments in the fridge. There is a small supermarket directly across the road from the villa and easy access to taxis to bring you the short ride into Playa Blanca €3..50). Alternatively you could take the ten/fifteen minute walk to Playa Blanca. Playa Blanca is amazing with such a great selection of great restaurants. This is a lovely private villa. Not one of us wanted to leave and we would definitely stay in this villa again and we would highly recommend a stay here.

The best bits for us was the gated swimming pool keeping the little ones safe and the large covered veranda.

There were no instructions at all on how to operate the equipment in the villa. Despite numerous phone calls the Information Tablet failed to work throughout our stay. This really in unacceptable.

Jayne our Representative usually does a meet and greet and explains this to people, I'm sorry she didn't catch up with you. She would normally explain the alarm etc and go through it with you. Then anything else is on the tablet. Have a lovely summer. |

Our first impressions were very positive given the size, layout and location of the villa. It was clean upon our arrival. The pool is heated and was very nice. Some of our party were under the impression that the pool heating was not working too well. However, we moved on to a second location after checking out of Casa Indiana. This second villa also had a nice pool - unheated and impossible to use in winter months. My family then appreciated that the Indiana pool was lovely.
It really benefits from covering when not in use even during the daytime. We did have some minor issues with the waste water system but I have to say, Jason responded immediately and resolved the problem quickly and efficiently. The furniture and decor is perfectly acceptable as are the white goods. There is plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors and the BBQ is great. Overall we really enjoyed our holiday at Casa Indiana and my family have now suggested we check availability for next year. Fantastic location being just a 20 minute downhill stroll to Flamingo Beach and 4€ taxi back again. Thank you Jason and team. |

I have stayed in many privately owned and managed places but I must say this is the first time I have not found any written information - emergency phone numbers, taxis, restaurants, info on the air con being coin operated, cleaning days, linen changing days,etc. Even a laminated A4 sheet with basic information would have helped. We are old hands at this but at least some basic information would benefit guests new to private rental I think.
I also read some negative feedback from the Nederlands relating to kitchen utensils. We are foodies and love to cook fine meals for our family. It is fair to say that this villa challenges the skills of a good cook due to what utensils are provided. But, this is not home, it is a holiday villa and as such what is there is an acceptable supply of basic needs. There is also no shortage of plates, glasses, cutlery etc. Just use some initiative when preparing banquets! |
