Villa Alegranza es una villa de 2 dormitorios y 1 baño con piscina privada climatizada, WiFi y aire acondicionado. Ubicado en la codiciada comunidad residencial de Parque Del Rey, Playa Blanca.
Villa Alegranza tiene grandes puertas en la parte delantera de la propiedad que brindan una gran privacidad y seguridad. La villa ha sido diseñada para ser apta para discapacitados, sin escalones alrededor de la propiedad y con solo un pequeño borde desde la terraza hasta las entradas.
Al entrar en la villa, hay una cocina y un comedor de planta abierta, que están totalmente equipados con todo lo que cabría esperar de una villa de este nivel. La cocina incluye una lavadora, nevera-congelador, microondas, tetera, tostadora, cubertería, vajilla y suficientes utensilios de cocina y equipo para complacer a la mayoría de los cocineros.
Al lado del comedor se encuentra el salón recientemente renovado. Cuenta con capacidad para 4 personas, TV de pantalla ancha, reproductor de DVD (DVD no incluido), fantástico sistema de IPTV (canales de la BBC, canales de ITV, canales SKY, SKY Sports, Sky Movies y una multitud de canales internacionales), ¡todo ello respaldado por una nueva conexión a Internet por FIBRA ÓPTICA con una velocidad de descarga de hasta 300 MB! Las nuevas puertas de vidrio de cuerpo entero que se pueden plegar hacia atrás hacen que el espacio sea amplio y luminoso, y puedes abrirlas para que la habitación pueda usarse como una extensión del exterior. Esto permite un acceso muy fácil a la zona de barbacoa.
La villa tiene 2 dormitorios, ambos con aire acondicionado (funciona con monedas). El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size y tiene vistas al jardín trasero. El segundo dormitorio está configurado como una habitación doble y tiene un baño con ducha en suite que es adecuado para usuarios de sillas de ruedas.
En el exterior de la villa hay una piscina privada climatizada eléctricamente con escalones y pasamanos. La terraza tiene 4 tumbonas, una gran barbacoa especialmente diseñada con fregadero y una mesa exterior para comer al aire libre.
La parte trasera de la propiedad ha sido ajardinada con césped artificial, por lo que es apta para niños y siempre se ve genial. En el césped se encuentra la bañera de hidromasaje, que es completamente privada y es ideal para esas noches despejadas de Lanzarote, ¡para relajarse con una copa de algo!
Villa Alegranza se encuentra en una comunidad conocida como Parque Del Rey y tiene una ubicación céntrica dentro de Playa Blanca, a solo 15 minutos a pie del paseo principal, al menos 2 hermosas playas y del parque acuático Aqua Lava.

The villa is very private ad quiet with a high wall and gate unlike some of the others on the estate. The pool area and gardens have been updated with new pool surround tiles and a plastic grass area giving a new place for late sun..to be fair there ver más

The pool area and gardens have been updated with new pool surround tiles and a plastic grass area giving a new place for late sun..to be fair there is a 3rd area too at the back where the hot tub is (but we did not use that)
Location wise its perfect a short 20-30 min walk into town and a less than 5 euro taxi home after a beer or two -) Both bedrooms have coin operated Aircon (1 and 2 euro coins) which seemed very reasonable cost wise to ensure a great nights sleep and the large bed for sure was very comfortable. A small welcome pack or beer, water, wine and milk was a nice touch incase of late arrival. |

Wow! Were the words when we arrived, a family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The accommodation is based within a complex of similar properties. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The area around the pool is very secluded, the lounge area has the option of opening the doors onto the pool area, the rooms are ample sized and benefit from a large shower room at the back of the accommodation. The kitchen is stocked with all equipment and basics you could need alongside the generous welcome gifts. We chose to have the pool heated though it wasn't when we arrived (not usually requested in peak season), we preferred it heated. The hot tub is a nice added extra but the pool was adequate. Our rental car was beneficial with doing the shopping and for visits to the far side of the resort. This is a lovely little holiday in itself, would recommend

I know its known as windy island but we have never seen it quiet so bad, unfortunately there is no broom to sweep patio and tiled floor so lots of leaves and dust blowing in.
