Casa Santuario es una hermosa villa de 4 dormitorios situada en el tranquilo complejo residencial de Buganvillas. La villa es reciente en el mercado de alquiler y ha sido recientemente renovada.
Al entrar por la entrada principal se llega a un espacioso pasillo que conduce a la cocina, el salón y los dormitorios. La villa tiene cuatro dormitorios de buen tamaño. Hay dos habitaciones matrimoniales grandes y dos habitaciones dobles adicionales, lo que hace que la villa sea perfecta para las familias. El dormitorio principal tiene un baño con ducha. El baño de invitados junto al segundo dormitorio doble tiene una ducha con bañera. El tercer y cuarto dormitorio comparten un baño con ducha. Los cuatro dormitorios tienen aire acondicionado, que funciona a través de un medidor de consumo a base de monedas.
La cocina es luminosa y con sus frontales blancos, hace que la cocina se sienta fresca y espaciosa. Está totalmente equipada con todo lo que necesita . Tiene una hermosa encimera y todos los electrodomésticos habituales que esperaría encontrar, lavavajillas, horno, cocina, microondas, frigorífico congelador, hervidor, tostadora y un montón de utensilios de cocina, utensilios, vajilla y cubiertos.
El salón tiene techos muy altos con ventanas de diseño que es una característica de la comunidad de Buganvillas. El salón tiene asientos cómodos para todos, un televisor de pantalla ancha, un reproductor de DVD (DVD no incluido) y un sistema de IPTV. A través del sistema IPTV la villa se puede disfrutar de los canales de la BBC, ITV, SKY y una multitud de canales en otros idiomas (por ejemplo, español, alemán, francés, etc....)
Las grandes puertas del patio conducen a la zona exterior, donde se puede cenar en la terraza o relajarse en una hamaca y disfrutar del perfecto clima que ofrece Lanzarote.
La piscina es de aproximadamente 8 x 4 m con escalones romanos que conducen a ella. También se beneficia de la climatización eléctrica de la piscina, lo que proporciona una buena temperatura durante todo el año. Casa Santuario también cuenta con una amplia terraza de 220 metros cuadrados, con hermosas jardineras de piedra de lava que proporcionan un perfecto equilibrio de decoracion autoctona. En esta terraza, más grande que la media, hay mucho espacio para las hamacas ademas del fantástico Jacuzzi ( (se aplica un cargo semanal adicional por el uso del jacuzzi, por favor pregunte por los detalles).
La villa está situada en el centro de Playa Blanca y está aproximadamente a 15 o 20 minutos a pie de la zona principal, que tiene una gran cantidad de tiendas, bares, restaurantes y 3 playas encantadoras.
Para los amantes de la playa, Playa Blanca es conocida por las mundialmente famosas playas de Papagayo, playas naturales impresionantes completamente vírgenes, y a sólo una corta distancia en coche.

Pool area was a great space to relax during the day. Nothing not to like, villa was clean, spacious and had everything you needed, welcome pack after a late flight was a lovely touch. Would we return - definitely, highly recommend.

It's location was perfect for us so peaceful, and only a short drive into the centre of Playa Blanca . The villa was spotless and had Everything that you could possibly want for a great holiday . The pool was great not to big which suited us and the hot tub was brilliant . We didn't want to come home ,and hopefully book again next year .

Our family of 8 stayed in this wonderful villa,it is very spacious and clean,10 minute walk and your in town taxi back was 3.5 euros,villa very comfortable,we used the t.v,you tube for music,kitchen well prepared,tea coffee sugar etc,there was bits for cleaning,also bit left from other guests a few spices,oil etc,we booked the hot tub as an extra which was great and also extra pool heating so the pool was 29 degrees,we all loved it,kids wouldn't get out of the pool,lots of outside space,booking was easy and I had a few questions,which John answered quickly and was very helpful,will be definitely using this company again,Thankyou for a Wonderful week in the sun,we stayed from the 7th to 14th Feb,weather was cloudy until 11 the the sun was full out.

The size of the villa for 8 of us was perfect with two separate living rooms it felt really spacious. The outside dining area and BBQ was used every day and the private pool and terrace was a god send considering how warm it was. We also really enjoyed the luxury of having the hot tub for ultimate relaxation most evenings. We had two hire cars for the family and there is ample parking outside the font of the villa for both cars. Thank you for such a wonderful break !!

Maybe an option to buy loo rolls, cleaning products in advance, it's not the sort of thing you think to bring when you're flying. You don't really want to have to shop for household items on holiday.

One of the best villas for equipment ie glasses crockery etc we have stayed in Lanzarote our stay was for 12 days and during this time there was no linen towel change etc which we found unacceptable and had not encountered this before In Lanzarote.

Thank you for the feedback on the Maintenance. The shower screen door is to be replaced, we are just waiting on a new one, unfortunately the glass door got broken and we had to have it removed. We are waiting for the parts. Things are not always as quick here as they may be in the UK. :) The slight leak under the sink has been repaired. I'm glad that overall you enjoyed the villa and if you decided to come back then I'm sure you would find the villa to be lovely. |

Ah, como anécdota, la gaveta de los cubiertos tiene truco, es invisible, así que pidan que les digan donde está, al llegar.

Fantastic villa in great location

Recently stayed in Casa Santuario villa. The villa was very clean and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Really enjoyed using the heated pool and the villa had lots of space for everybody. There was a local shop and bar and the beach and maver más
Recently stayed in Casa Santuario villa. The villa was very clean and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Really enjoyed using the heated pool and the villa had lots of space for everybody. There was a local shop and bar and the beach and main town could be walked to in under 15 minutes. Will definitely be returning.
