Description
Villa Graciosa sleeps up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms and is a short walk from both the beach and Playa Blanca's best water park. The villa benefits from A/C, Electrically heated pool and a HOT TUB
Villa Graciosa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The bedrooms can be made up as either two double bedrooms (1 x king-size & 1 Super King) and 1 twin room, or as 1 double room (King bed) and 2 twin bedrooms.
Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and the master bedroom has air conditioning (all A/C works on a coin operated system), along with an en-suite bathroom. The second bathroom is a shower room, with toilet and wash basin.
The kitchen is through a set of salon doors and is very well equipped. It's fitted with real wood units and has plenty of work space for preparation on both sides of the kitchen. The kitchen has the following equipment, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer, ceramic hob and an abundance of cooking utensils to satisfy the most enthusiastic of chefs. Out through the doors the other side of the kitchen you have a grassed area with a hot tub and a sofa and some plants. This is an open air area which allows you to soak up the sun or star gaze at night whilst enjoying the hot tub in the perfect climate Lanzarote offers.
On exiting the kitchen, you arrive in the lounge. As with the rest of the property, the lounge has a very African theme. The real wood African furniture blends well with the modern appliances. There's a large 50" LCD TV with an excellent choice of channels (including BBC 1 & 2, ITV, Channel 4 & 5 + all of the Sky channels including the movies & sports), DVD player (DVD's not supplied) a large leather suite and for your listening pleasure an excellent sound system. The villa also boasts unlimited Fibre internet (wireless) connection FREE of Charge.
Exiting the lounge, brings you onto the south-facing sun terrace, which provides a sea view and in particular views of the lighthouse. The terrace has a beautiful stone table which has 6 very comfortable 'sun garden' chairs and a built in Canarian style BBQ, which is perfect for alfresco dining and watching the sunset. The sun terrace also overlooks the heated pool which has space for sunbathing on the sun loungers. The terrace has a pergola with inbuilt lighting, perfect for outdoor dining at any time of the day. Just before the BBQ starts there is a gate leading to a separate stairway which leads up to the roof terrace, this area is grassed and is an amazing large space with an uninterrupted view out to the sea and Fuerteventura.
Villa Graciosa is located in the residential area of Montana Roja, which is just a 10 minute walk from the fabulous beach of Playa Flamingo, which also has an array of shops, restaurants and bars. From here you can stroll along the new promenade via the ferries in the old harbour and then onto the centre of Playa Blanca. Once in the centre, there are even more restaurants and bars to choose from.

The Villa was split over 3 levels, the pool area was great and had the sun all day. There is a shaded seating area directly outside the main door which is good to chill and get a break from the sun. The rooftop bar relax area was superb both day and see more

The rooftop bar relax area was superb both day and night. It has a fridge, bar, pool table and seating area with a big gas strip fire which was great at night.
We requested a late checkout which was sorted out straight away for an extra fee. I would highly recommend this Villa and would definitely stay again. Great holiday. |

The villa itself is fab, great use of each floor and space. Wasn’t really anything majorly lacking from this.

Only issue we had was the Aircon not working in the main bedroom. Didn't spoil anything but would have been nice to have working. Maybe some mosquito covers for the windows as we could have slept with the window open. We did the first night and got asee more

Betten gemütlich jede Menge Geschirr Kapselmaschine Parken ca. 30 Meter entfernt auf der Straße Billiard auf der Dachterrasse mit zusätzlichen Kühlschrank dazu noch Sitzbereich und Stühle jede Menge Platz absolut toller Blick in Richtung Meer / Süden / Fuerte.....

The villa was very clean on arrival (although we did keep finding plastic yellow ball bearings from a toy gun around the place).

The welcome pack of basic essentials, including beer and wine was a nice touch. The roof terrace is excellent with great views and it's the kind of thing that makes you want to live out here longer term! The pool was lovely and warm and had the sun all day, although it's the first we've had a pool with sloped sides all round the bottom. The bbq grill level can be raised by a handle to adjust how close the food is to the heat, which was really good. You will need to hold it in place though otherwise gravity drops it back down. Top tip, use a 5L bottle of water to 'lock' the handle. The owners, or at very least the family looking after the property, live below / behind the property and were quickly on hand to help out or answer any questions in person. The kitchen cupboards are well stocked with useful equipment that you’ve have in a house that’s ‘lived in’ rather than just a holiday let. The pictures in the advert for the villa are how it actually is (Sept 2023) with the exception of the day bed by the pool that wasn't there. |

The villa was fab. It was clean when we arrived, we loved the welcome pack and how easy it was to find the villa, instructions from Villas Now before we arrived were so clear and helpful. When we got there the bed in the master bedroom was broken but this was sorted out straight away and our in resort contact was really helpful and friendly. The swimming pool was a lot bigger than it looked in the photos and we all loved it (2 adults with 2 21 year olds and a 17 year old) and the pool table. We would definitely recommend this villa if you like a quiet neighbourhood that isn't too far from the resort centre (it was a bit of a trek but the bus is cheap if you don't want to walk too much!)

We have stayed here before and the recent updates make what was already a great villa, amazing! The furnished roof terrace really is a brilliant addition. The location is peaceful and quiet and only a short 10 minute stroll (if that) to Flamingo Beach and a further 10 minutes to the main town. The ‘welcome pack’ was very much appreciated, particularly as we arrived late and all the shops were closed. Quick and easy correspondence and the booking experience was stress free and efficient. We had the most amazing time and will definitely be back (again)

No gas in the fire pit on the roof terrace which was a shame (may be this was a chargeable extra). The layout is a little disjointed but fine for adults. Better sunbeds would be nice.

We have just spent 12 days at Villa Graciosa which was our 2nd visit to this villa and the updates that have been completed are fantastic. We could not fault the villa and it has everything you need for a wonderful holiday.

We have just spent 12 days at Villa Graciosa which was our 2nd visit to this villa and the updates that have been completed are fantastic. We could not fault the villa and it has everything you need for a wonderful holiday.
Our first visit was in 2020 during the Pandemic and the area was extremely quiet. The downside of the semi-detached villa is that you are very close to neighbours and if you are looking for complete privacy and peace and quiet this is not the villa for you. That was the only downside for us at this property. However, overall we had a great stay and the views from the roof terrace are amazing and this is a great space to sit with a G&T and relax. |

We have just had a 10 day holiday in Villa Graciosa and it has been thoroughly enjoyable. A very well equipped villa with a beautiful totally private roof terrace for evening drinks with a sea view. It is an unusual time in Lanzarote as it is so quiet but we felt very safe everywhere we went and had a great holiday. Jason & Sally were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend a stay at Villa Graciosa. We will be returning in January and again later next year !
