Boasting five gorgeous bedrooms, four bathrooms and a spacious, attractively decorated open plan living space, you won’t be disappointed.

Stepping outside onto Casa Cacti’s spacious and perfectly designed terrace, there’s a hot tub with a glass surround, a pool table, and a shaded dining area… not to mention the most amazing private pool! Furnished with comfortable poolside loungers and rattan sofas you’ll effortlessly slip into relaxing by the pool.

During the day you’ll enjoy uninterrupted views across the Atlantic ocean taking in the nearby islands of Los Lobos and Fuerteventura and by night after breath-taking sunsets, the twinkling lights of Marina Rubicon are just magical.

An expansive driveway with private parking leads you to the door of Casa Cacti and into a spacious and stunningly furnished open-plan living area with comfy sofas and an elegant dining area. There’s a smart TV with Sky & Sky Sports for an evening film together.

Tastefully decorated bedrooms are spread across 2 floors. The master bedroom has a large king-size bed and French windows leading out to the pool. There’s a stunning en-suite double vanity bathroom bathed in marble with a large corner bath and separate shower.

With views over the landscaped gardens, the second bedroom also benefits from a king-size bed and private ensuite shower room. The third and fourth bedrooms are twin rooms and enjoy a shared shower room.

On the lower ground floor, leading down from a pretty spiral staircase you enter the fifth bedroom and what could easily be considered a separate apartment. A hidden gem and a space for privacy and quiet time, there’s a lovely lounge and the of course an ensuite too!

A little more about the outdoor space.

Casa Cacti has one of the largest terraces in Playa Blanca, covering nearly 650 square meters. The outside dining area is traditionally furnished with space for 10 people to enjoy warm evenings together. There’s also an extended terrace and a pool table to keep everyone entertained and happy.

The villa has been developed to include a purpose-built area for the Hot Tub complete with a glass surround making it perfect to relax day or night and take in the stunning views.

At nearly 18 meters long and up to 7 meters in width, this expertly refurbished pool has been designed to allow for swimmers or paddlers alike. At the shallow end, you have a semi-circle of seating and as you move down there’s more shallow seating and then a deeper area for swimming.
The pool is solar and electrically heated and even has colourful light-changing LED lights to make your evenings even prettier.

Things to note.

Due to the size and shape of the pool, it is not possible to have a pool cover. During the cooler months, you may notice that the pool is a little cooler despite our best efforts than the desired temperature of 26-28c.

All bedrooms (except for the fifth bedroom) benefit from Air Conditioning and work on a coin meter.
Towels and linen (Including pool towels) are all provided and changed every full week of your holiday (minimum of a 12-night stay to qualify for towel and bedding change)

AIRPORT TRANSFERS are available both SHARED and EXCLUSIVE. We can arrange this at very reasonable rates for our guests, please ask for a price list.

CAR HIRE. We can arrange to have a vehicle of your choice awaiting your arrival at the Arrecife airport in Lanzarote along with the company representative.

WHERE TO EAT. Locally in Playa Blanca there are many good restaurants to choose from. Those along the sea front are great for their ambience, but when asked to recommend one, there are two which remain consistently good and are all family owned and run. Los Hervideros … great for local tapas. Casa Brigitta (in Marina Rubicon) … ask about the fish of the day. We are also really pleased to be able to offer the services of a personal chef. Ask us for more information about his BBQ packs, tapas or paella evenings plus much more. Details are in the villa.

A WELCOME PACK consisting, of tea, Water, Sugar, Orange Juice, Beer, Coffee, Milk, Biscuits, Wine/Cava is included in the above prices.

PLEASE NOTE: All payments are taken in GBP and either a £7.50 per person per stay Breakages Insurance or £400 Refundable Security Deposit is payable.
