Casa Luca is a beautifully modern 2-bed villa located in a family-friendly residential area a stone's throw from the famous Marina Rubicon. It’s cleverly designed, bright, and modern with contemporary furnishings throughout.
As you enter Casa Luca you’ll find yourself in an open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen. A sleek dining room adjoins a modern lounge where neutral colours combine with natural materials to create that sense of calm. Perfect after a long day of relaxing by the pool!
Patio doors from the lounge area lead you out to your outdoor living space. A private, heated swimming pool, and perfectly located sunbeds enjoy a vista stretching down to the ocean and to the right, Montana Roja - the Red Mountain. There’s a brick BBQ too for a spot of al-fresco dining!
Upstairs you’ll find two stylish bedrooms with views across Playa Blanca. The master bedroom comes complete with a king-sized bed and there’s a pretty twin bedroom and spacious family bathroom.
Casa Luca is just a 5-minute walk from the nearest supermarket and restaurants with the main resort of Playa Blanca a mere 5-minute drive away. Throughout your Lanzarote holiday villa, there’s WiFi, a TV with a great range of international channels and a DVD player!

Good location. About 10 mins walk to the nearest shop. 20 mins to the Marina, which is lovely. We never got a taxi as it was close enough to walk into town.
Yes, there is some building work across the road but this didn’t affect us. There will be see more

Yes, there is some building work across the road but this didn’t affect us. There will be quite a lot of building work in the near future in Playa Blanca as it has become so popular. It was a lovely villa, very clean and we had a great holiday. Also, thank you to the host for the welcome package. |
