Playa Blanca - Villa

Villa Lobos is a spacious, characterful 4-bedroom villa made for fun-filled holidays with family and friends. With plenty of room to spread out, a private heated pool, hot tub and a fantastic selection of games, it’s a great choice for larger families and groups looking to enjoy a relaxed Playa Blanca getaway.

Arranged over two levels, the villa has four bedrooms and three bathrooms, with a flexible layout that works particularly well for families. There are two double bedrooms, plus two larger family rooms – one with a double bed and two single beds, and another with a double bed and a single bed. All of the bedrooms have air conditioning, helping everyone stay comfortable whatever the time of year.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for an easy self-catering holiday, along with a separate utility area. It opens onto a bright dining space with large patio doors leading out to an elevated terrace – a lovely spot for breakfast in the sunshine, an evening drink or simply sitting back and enjoying Lanzarote’s wonderful climate.

Villa Lobos has plenty of personality, with retro-inspired furnishings and quirky decorative touches giving it a fun, individual feel. Downstairs, there’s a spacious and comfortable lounge as well as a dedicated games area where a pool table, foosball table and darts board should keep both children and grown-ups entertained – although we can’t promise the games won’t get a little competitive!

Outside is where holiday mode really kicks in. The generous terrace is centred around the private heated swimming pool, with plenty of sun loungers and mature gardens creating a relaxing space to spend lazy days in the sunshine. There’s also a hot tub for a well-earned soak at the end of the day, together with a built-in BBQ and outdoor seating for those long, laid-back evenings dining al fresco.

Guests have full private use of the villa and its outdoor areas throughout their stay, so you can settle in, make yourselves at home and enjoy the space at your own pace.

The location is another big plus. There’s a supermarket just a 2-minute walk away, making it easy to stock up on holiday essentials, while Aqualava Water Park is around a 15-minute walk from the villa and is always a popular day out for families. Playa Flamingo and its sandy beach are approximately 1.5 km away, while the centre of Playa Blanca is only around a 5-minute taxi ride. Marina Rubicón, with its waterfront restaurants, bars, shops and boutiques, can be reached in approximately 10 minutes by taxi.

With lots of space, a flexible bedroom layout, a pool and hot tub, plenty of entertainment and a location that makes exploring Playa Blanca easy, Villa Lobos has all the ingredients for a fantastic Lanzarote holiday – whether your plans involve days by the pool, family adventures around the island or simply doing as little as possible in the sunshine.

We’ve included a range of thoughtful touches to help you settle in and start enjoying your holiday from the moment you arrive.

A generous welcome pack will be waiting for you, including tea, coffee, milk, sugar, water, orange juice, beer, biscuits, and a bottle of wine or Cava, perfect after your journey.

Bed linen, towels, and pool towels are all provided for your stay. For stays of more than 12 nights, a weekly mid-stay housekeeping service is included. This is a light clean, along with fresh linen and towels, and takes place every 7 days (for example, on day 7 of a 2-week stay, and days 7 and 14 for longer stays). For longer stays, this continues every 7 days thereafter. For bookings of 12 nights or fewer, additional cleaning is not included, but can be arranged on request.

Air conditioning is available

Pool heating is included during the winter months. During the summer months (1st May to 30th September), solar heating is provided, with the option to add electric heating for an additional charge should you prefer a little extra warmth. The hot tub can also be added to your booking for a supplement, ideal for making your stay that little bit more special. Please ask for details.

If you’re travelling with little ones, cots and high chairs can be arranged at €25 per week, per item, payable in cash on arrival directly to the local hire company.

A breakage cover fee of £10 per person is included in your booking. This replaces the need for a traditional security deposit and covers accidental damage up to £400, giving you added peace of mind throughout your stay.

Getting Around:

Taxis are readily available, reliable, and affordable for getting around the resort. Lanzarote also has a well-connected and easy-to-use bus network, offering a convenient and budget-friendly way to explore the island.

If you’d like to explore more of the island, we can also arrange car hire through a trusted local company, with the option of airport collection or delivery directly to the villa.
