Bienvenido a su propia villa, situada en el exclusivo complejo de Casas del Sol. Con una ubicación muy céntrica y al mismo tiempo ofreciéndole un espacio de paz y tranquilidad.
Como verán en las fotos, la villa está situada entre preciosos jardines que le aportan mucha privacidad. Ideal para relajarse completamente, ir y venir a su antojo, y lo mejor de todo es que está a unos pasos del puerto, el paseo marítimo y a unos minutos del centro de la ciudad. También a solo un par de unos minutos esta el Ferry, que va cada hora a Fuerteventura, opción fantástica para un día de excursión a la isla de Fuerteventura. (tiempo de travesía de unos 40 minutos)
La villa está amueblada para proporcionar el confort y la comodidad que todos buscamos cuando vamos de vacaciones, con una mezcla de muebles tradicionales, combinando el estilo local con el estilo ingles y que han sido cuidadosamente mezclados para crear inmediatamente según se accede a la villa, una sensación de vacaciones al sol, con su jardín privado, comedor al aire libre y pequeña barbacoa.
El complejo ofrece una gran piscina muy bien cuidada con hamacas y de uso exclusivo para los huéspedes. Cuenta con socorrista durante todo el día y ofrece amplias zonas de sombra.
La villa tiene capacidad para tres adultos y hay espacio para una cama plegable o una cuna. Ambos dormitorios tienen aire acondicionado con sistema de pago.
Para los entusiastas hay canchas de tenis disponibles para todos nuestros huéspedes, cuyas llaves pueden ser recogidas en la recepción.
Para cualquier consulta puede llamar a la recepción en cualquier momento, pero si por alguna razón desea ponerse en contacto con nosotros nuestros datos de contacto serán facilitados con la reserva y estaremos encantados de ayudarles.
Las toallas y la ropa de cama están todas incluidas y se cambian cada semana completa de sus vacaciones.

We had a small problem with our shower head contacted reception and within hours they fitted a new one, nothing seemed to be a problem villas now are as always so helpful BBQ was looking very tired and worn and before we knew it Lee came round with a gorgeous new one, perfect service as always, we love you guys |

An excellent base from which to explore the wonders of Lanzarote, returning each day for a pleasant evening meal on the promenade, then back in 5 minutes walk to relax in this beautifully set little villa within the Casas del Sol complex, looking as close as it can to a typical Lz village. Each villa has its own terrace enclosed by a walk made of lava stones, contrasting with the white of the villa, and so typical of the surrounding countryside. Yes, the villa inside is a little dated, but in very good order and had everything we needed for a most wonderful stay. We would certainly go back.

We stayed from 5th Jan till 5th Feb. The complex is lovely and quiet with a lovely heated pool . All very well kept and looked after . Super markets are 10 mins walk ,along with chemist , taxis and bus . Beach is a little further but is a generallyver más

Plenty of bars and restaurants along the seafront serving just about every type of food . Some live music in evening but don't come looking for night clubs . The villa it's self is lovely !! It's has everything you need to cook a meal and be fully self catering . Lots of info left from owners .It really felt like a home . Lovely patio where we spent lots of time chilling. Very new washing machine was great to come home with case of clean clothes . Maid service twice a week was good . Very pleasant and efficient. Some great photos in villa of when was built ,owners obviously love their villa . Some of the other villas on site may have had a modern but the traditional style suited us . We will not hesitate to rebook this villa |
