Bienvenue dans votre propre villa privée dans le complexe exclusif de Casas Del Sol. Idéalement située, offrant paix et tranquillité.
Comme vous le verrez sur les photos, la villa est située au milieu de beaux jardins et est très calme et privée. Idéal pour se détendre, aller et venir à votre guise, et surtout, elle est à distance de marche du tout Playa Blanca, du port, de la promenade et du centre-ville, ainsi que du ferry, qui circule toutes les heures jusqu'à Fuerteventura. Idéal pour passer une journée sur une île voisine (temps de traversée d'environ 40 minutes).
Votre villa est meublée avec gout et fournie le confort et les installations que nous recherchons tous en vacances, avec un mélange de meubles traditionnels espagnols, canariens et anglais, qui ont été soigneusement coordonnés pour créer, dès l'entrée, ce qui ressemble à votre propre paradis au soleil, avec une salle à manger en plein air et un petit barbecue.
Il y a une piscine magnifiquement entretenue et stylée (réservée aux clients du complexe uniquement) qui a un maître-nageur en service toute la journée, avec beaucoup d'ombre si nécessaire.
La villa peut accueillir 3 adultes et il y a de la place pour un lit pliant ou un lit bébé pour un petit enfant - les deux chambres disposent de la climatisation avec un système de paiement à l'utilisation.
Pour les amateurs, il y a des courts de tennis à la disposition de tous nos clients, dont les clés peuvent être récupérées à la réception.
Pour toutes demandes, vous pouvez appeler ou vous rendre à la réception à tout moment. Elles sont extrêmement utiles. Mais, dans tous les cas, si pour une raison quelconque vous souhaitez nous contacter personnellement, notre bureau est à seulement 5 minutes à pied et nous serons heureux de vous offrir toute assistance. Very well equipped.

This villa was an ideal location, everything about this complex was lovely, the well kept grounds and swimming pool, every time you stepped out of the villa there was always a maintenance man around working hard to maintain the high standard of the cplus
This villa was an ideal location, everything about this complex was lovely, the well kept grounds and swimming pool, every time you stepped out of the villa there was always a maintenance man around working hard to maintain the high standard of the complex, the complex was fully booked but sitting on your own terrace it seemed like there was no one around very quite and peaceful
We had a small problem with our shower head contacted reception and within hours they fitted a new one, nothing seemed to be a problem villas now are as always so helpful BBQ was looking very tired and worn and before we knew it Lee came round with a gorgeous new one, perfect service as always, we love you guys |

An excellent base from which to explore the wonders of Lanzarote, returning each day for a pleasant evening meal on the promenade, then back in 5 minutes walk to relax in this beautifully set little villa within the Casas del Sol complex, looking as close as it can to a typical Lz village. Each villa has its own terrace enclosed by a walk made of lava stones, contrasting with the white of the villa, and so typical of the surrounding countryside. Yes, the villa inside is a little dated, but in very good order and had everything we needed for a most wonderful stay. We would certainly go back.

There is a large patio with sun loungers, garden furniture, sun loungers and parasol also benefits from a covered area for a break from the Lanzarote sunshine.

We stayed from 5th Jan till 5th Feb. The complex is lovely and quiet with a lovely heated pool . All very well kept and looked after . Super markets are 10 mins walk ,along with chemist , taxis and bus . Beach is a little further but is a generallyplus

Plenty of bars and restaurants along the seafront serving just about every type of food . Some live music in evening but don't come looking for night clubs . The villa it's self is lovely !! It's has everything you need to cook a meal and be fully self catering . Lots of info left from owners .It really felt like a home . Lovely patio where we spent lots of time chilling. Very new washing machine was great to come home with case of clean clothes . Maid service twice a week was good . Very pleasant and efficient. Some great photos in villa of when was built ,owners obviously love their villa . Some of the other villas on site may have had a modern but the traditional style suited us . We will not hesitate to rebook this villa |
