Villa Valentina está situada en la zona de residencial de Faro Park, en el lado oeste de Playa Blanca. Es un lugar ideal para aquellos que quieren disfrutar de paz y tranquilidad. Amueble con mucho gusto y con muebles de calidad, tiene 3 dormitorios, 2 baños y una piscina privada climatizada.
El interior aporta sensación de frescura con suelos de mármol, techos altos y atractiva iluminación. En el salón hay dos sofás, TV de pantalla plana, canales españoles e internacionales, DVD, WiFi y equipo de música. Debido al diseño de la villa, el salón y la cocina son de planta abierta, pero están separados por barra americana. La cocina tiene todas las comodidades modernas que se esperan de una villa de este tamaño, incluyendo un lavavajillas. A la salida de la cocina hay un comedor cubierto y bien protegido con barbacoa.
En la planta baja 2 dormitorios, 1 habitación tiene una cama de 1,60 y una cama individual, la segunda habitación tiene una cama de 1,80; hay un baño entre estas 2 habitaciones. El tercer, y principal, dormitorio se encuentra en el primer piso. Tiene una cama de 1,80 y baño privado además de su propia terraza con fabulosas vistas al mar con una mesa y sillas.
En el exterior, la terraza es grande con gran zona ajardinada y una gran piscina privada climatizada, mucho espacio para tomar el sol y una fantástica zona de descanso al aire libre para disfrutar.
La zona de Faro Park tiene una zona comercial, con una pequeña selección de tiendas, algunos grandes restaurantes y bares, todo a 5 minutos a pie de la villa. Sin embargo, a solo 5 minutos en coche el centro de Playa Blanca o la Marina Rubicón, le ofrece una gran cantidad de bares, restaurantes y tiendas para elegir. En Playa Blanca también podrá conocer las famosas playas de Papagayo.

Las toallas y la ropa de cama (incluyendo las toallas de la piscina) se proporcionan y se cambian cada semana completa de sus vacaciones.

Los Hervideros y Casa Brígida (en Marina Rubicón) siendo los pescados frescos del día un de las mejores opciones.

We stayed here with 3 teen and adult aged children, it is perfect. The pool and pool table kept us amused for hours, and meant there was little reason to leave the villa.

There are loads of places to sit and relax at the Villa, and also plenty of shade can be found too. The outdoor bbq was a bonus too. We had a problem with the pool however it was rectified swiftly and efficiently. All in all we would highly recommend the Villa and VillaNow |

Another stay in this beautiful villa in a perfect location. Villa’s Now is in my opinion the best company to use when renting a property on the island. They are very professional listening to the customer and sorting any details out promptly when asked. We loved our stay and are sad to leave again but we will be back as soon as we can. With such a close location to these services, you will get some noise, but for us the location and the villa totally made up for an inconvenience. Having used other large villa companies before, Villas Now were a class above and their customer service was excellent. We cannot wait to return.

- There was no information regarding TV and internet operations. We had to call out one of the contacts to sort this out.

While I appreciate information had to be removed because of covid, I don’t understand why this couldn’t be emailed as a document. Can we also suggest that in the downstairs bathroom, you arrange for the hand-marks above the toilet be cleaned and removed. It looks like gents were frequently leaving against the wall and leaving marks. |

The villa is located in Faro Park which is very nice and quiet. Shops and restuarants within 2 mins walk. Easy access to main resort local bus every 30 mins and only €1.40.

The armchairs of the round glass table are partly damaged.
Concerning the BBC the grill gate and the ashtray are unusable.
The temperature controller of the oven cannot be rotated without snapping out the fuse
