156 - Villa Valentina (LH156) Playa Blanca - Villa

Villa Valentina is situated in the secluded location of Faro Park, on the West side of Playa Blanca. It is an ideal location for those who want the combination of peace and tranquillity. It is beautifully furnished to the highest standard, comprising of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a private heated pool.

Inside has a cool feel throughout with marbled floors, high ceilings and attractive light fittings. In the Lounge there are twin sofas, a coffee table, wide-screen TV, IPTV system, DVD WiFi and music system. Due to the design of the villa the lounge and kitchen feel like it's an open plan arrangement, but they are separated by the breakfast bar. The kitchen itself has all the modern conveniences you would expect from a villa of this standing, including a dishwasher and washing machine.

Leading out of the kitchen is a covered and well sheltered dining area with BBQ.

Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms, 1 room has a king size bed and a single bed, the second room has a Superking bed in it. There is 1 bathroom between these rooms. The third, and master, bedroom is located on the first floor. It has a Super King Size bed, ensuite bathroom and its own private terrace with fabulous sea views and a small table and chairs.

Outside, the villa has been built on a large plot of land, meaning there are extensive, mature gardens, a large private heated pool, plenty of sunbathing space and a fantastic outdoor sofa seating area for those chilled out sociable evenings!

The area of Faro Park has really developed in the last few years and now has its own welcoming and friendly community with a small selection of shops, some great restaurants and bars all within a 5-minute walk of the villa. However, if you want a little more choice, Playa Blanca village and Marina Rubicon are only a 5-minute drive away and there are an abundance of bars, restaurants and shops to choose from. Playa Blanca also has some of the best beaches in Lanzarote, including the world renowned Papagayo Beaches.
The villa is ideal for families, couple or small groups of friends (no stag or hen parties).

Towels and linen (Including pool towels) are all provided and changed every full week of your holiday.

AIRPORT TRANSFERS are available both SHARED and EXCLUSIVE. We can arrange this at very reasonable rates for our guests, please ask for a price list.

CAR HIRE. We can arrange to have a vehicle of your choice awaiting your arrival at the Arrecife airport in Lanzarote along with the company representative.

WHERE TO EAT. Locally in Playa Blanca there are many good restaurants to choose from. Those along the sea front are great for their ambience, but when asked to recommend one, there are two which remain consistently good and are all family owned and run. Los Hervideros … great for local tapas. Casa Brigitta (in Marina Rubicon) … ask about the fish of the day. We are also really pleased to be able to offer the services of a personal chef. A WELCOME PACK consisting, of tea, Water, Sugar, Orange Juice, Beer, Coffee, Milk, Biscuits, Wine/Cava is included in the above prices.

PLEASE NOTE: All payments are taken in GBP and either a £7.50 per person per stay Breakages Insurance or £400 Refundable Security Deposit is payable.
