Casa Hannah es una hermosa villa de 3 dormitorios a tiro de piedra del fabuloso paseo marítimo de Playa Blanca y a 10 minutos a pie del pueblo de Marina Rubicón, famoso por su maravillosa variedad de restaurantes y excelentes tiendas. Ubicada en el hermoso Complejo Residencial Iris y con vista a una impresionante piscina compartida, Casa Hannah es la villa de vacaciones perfecta para disfrutar de todo lo que Playa Blanca tiene para ofrecer.
Cuando llegue a la villa de vacaciones de sus sueños en Lanzarote, encontrará una bonita zona ajardinada con 6 tumbonas y una cómoda zona de estar al aire libre para que pueda relajarse y disfrutar del sol mientras contempla la piscina.
Al entrar a su villa de vacaciones, se encontrará inmediatamente en el corazón de su casa en Playa Blanca. Un espacio habitable de planta abierta: salón, cocina y comedor es cómodo y tiene todo lo que pueda necesitar y desear.
Hay un sofá esquinero y un televisor de pantalla grande con canales internacionales, BBC, ITV, deportes y películas, perfecto para una velada relajante juntos.
Su cocina ha sido diseñada por expertos y es un completo hogar lejos del hogar. Los electrodomésticos incluyen frigorífico-congelador, vitrocerámica, horno, cafetera Nespresso, tostadora, hervidor y microondas... ¡Hemos intentado pensar en todo lo que un chef en ciernes y una familia ocupada podrían necesitar!
Al subir al primer piso, su dormitorio principal está bellamente decorado con una cama tamaño king, baño privado y aire acondicionado para esas cálidas noches de verano. Disfrutando de los perfectos rayos del sol naciente, no podemos pensar en un lugar más hermoso para disfrutar de un café por la mañana.
Al otro lado del rellano hay un dormitorio doble, con dos camas individuales y un gran armario empotrado.
El tercer dormitorio se encuentra en la planta baja con dos camas individuales y un escritorio. A través de ventanas francesas, el dormitorio conduce a la terraza privada en la parte trasera de la propiedad.
Esta encantadora terraza privada se beneficia de una barbacoa bellamente presentada y una zona de estar con luces de hadas... ¡perfecta para una noche de excelente comida, bebidas y la mejor compañía!
También hay un armario de almacenamiento en la parte trasera donde se encuentra la lavadora.

We stayed in the house for 10 days, we asked when they would change the sheets and towels, they told us that from the 12th they make the changes. It's not too much to go 12 days without change??. Very kindly the manager changed our towels.

We cannot think of anything, we asked if a bulb could be changed in the outside light so it was easier to see to get keys and open door, it was done without fuss and within a couple of hours, top marks from us.

Location, location, location, this is the perfect location, right on the beautiful seafront promenade, short walk to the Marina with its excellent range of shops, restaurants and bars. From the Marina it is only a short stroll to the stunning Playa Dver más

From the Marina it is only a short stroll to the stunning Playa Dorada beach and on to the centre of Playa Blanca. On the other direction from the villa you can take a beautiful walk to the sensational world famous Papagayo beach (a must visit)
The villa is clean and exceptionally well equipped including an office desk and excellent WiFi for remote working, a Nespresso coffee machine, an excellent selection on TV channels (including Sky Sports, BT Sport, Movies etc.) and an amazing built in BBQ out the back We really enjoyed our vacation and would highly recommend this villa. |

The villa is lovely and clean, fully equipped kitchen, soap and toilet rolls in both bathrooms. 27 steps from the villa to to communal pool which is lovely and quiet, was never busy while we were there.
Location wise, a short few minutes walk to the promenade, turn right and 15 min stroll to the Marina. Or turn left and 10 min stroll to Las Collerades. Lovely bars and restaurants both ways. We will definitely return to Casa Hannah |

My only issue was that on the listing of the villa it said air conditioning included in the price. However there was a small i next to this which I hadn’t clicked on, which states air conditioning via coin meter. So air conditioning is not included iver más

And only in the master bedroom.
I contacted the agents and they did supply a fan to us the same day, so can’t really complain. Also normally there is a lovely breeze in Lanzarote, which would cool the villa down. But believe me you need air con or fans if there is no breeze. |

The house is a great size for a family of up to 6 and 1km easy, pedestrianised walk from Marina Rubicon. It has everything you need including a fab washing machine so pack light and save airline baggage charges.

The house is a great size for a family of up to 6 and 1km easy, pedestrianised walk from Marina Rubicon. It has everything you need including a fab washing machine so pack light and save airline baggage charges.
It’s further out from sandy tourist beaches and Playa Blanca. That was not a problem for us-this house is well away from nightlife too. Location is safe and quiet with friendly neighbours-some rentals and some owners. The pool is immaculately clean, a great size and was quiet most days. There is a UK brands supermarket but we preferred the HiperDino, only two blocks away. Close enough to carry 6.5l water bottles back. All the booking and arrival arrangements went smoothly. We had a courtesy visit from the agency and could ask any particular questions then. |

Book your car hire in advance -we were a bit limited in sightseeing because we didn’t and couldn’t get one at short notice but the Superpedestrian Link Scooters are fun and will take you that bit further more quickly.

Only the main bedroom has air con but fans are provided and Lanzarote is usually windy so it is possible to cool the house. If booking a bus transfer the nearest hotel is Mirador Papayago - a very short walk. That info would be useful in the rental listing. |
