La Casa Hannah est une belle villa de 3 chambres à coucher située à quelques pas de la fabuleuse promenade de Playa Blanca et à 10 minutes de marche du village de Marina Rubicón, célèbre pour son grand choix de restaurants et ses excellentes boutiques. Située dans le magnifique complexe Résidentiel Iris et donnant sur une superbe piscine commune, la Casa Hannah est la villa de vacances idéale pour profiter de tout ce que Playa Blanca a à offrir.
En arrivant à votre villa de vacances de rêve à Lanzarote, vous trouverez un joli jardin avec 6 chaises longues et un confortable coin salon extérieur pour vous détendre et profiter du soleil tout en regardant la piscine.
En entrant dans votre villa de vacances, vous êtes immédiatement au cœur de votre maison de Playa Blanca. L'espace de vie ouvert - salon, cuisine et salle à manger - est confortable et dispose de tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin.
Il y a un canapé d'angle et un grand écran de télévision avec les chaînes internationales, la BBC, ITV, Sports et Films - parfait pour une soirée de détente ensemble.
La cuisine a été conçue par des experts et constitue un véritable foyer. Elle est équipée d'un réfrigérateur-congélateur, d'une plaque vitrocéramique, d'un four, d'une machine à café Nespresso, d'un grille-pain, d'une bouilloire et d'un micro-ondes... Nous avons essayé de penser à tout ce dont un chef en herbe et une famille active pourraient avoir besoin !
Au premier étage, la chambre principale est joliment décorée et dispose d'un lit king-size, d'une salle de bains privative et de l'air conditionné pour les chaudes nuits d'été. Un joli petit balcon part de la chambre et donne sur la piscine. Profitant des rayons parfaits du soleil levant, nous ne pouvons pas imaginer un endroit plus charmant pour prendre un café le matin.
De l'autre côté du palier se trouve une chambre à deux lits, avec deux lits simples et une grande armoire aménagée.
La troisième chambre se trouve au rez-de-chaussée, avec deux lits simples et un bureau. Par des portes-fenêtres, la chambre donne sur la terrasse privée à l'arrière de la propriété.
Cette charmante terrasse privée est dotée d'un barbecue et d'un coin salon magnifiquement présentés et éclairés par des lumières féeriques... idéal pour passer une soirée en bonne compagnie et déguster de bons plats et des boissons !
Il y a également un placard de rangement à l'arrière, où se trouve la machine à laver.
La Casa Hannah bénéficie d'un des meilleurs emplacements de Playa Blanca, Lanzarote, et se trouve à seulement 5 minutes de marche de la plage de sable la plus proche. We had lovely time. Very well equipped. Very peaceful location. It should be stated that Papagayo beaches can only be reached by foot by hiking over the hills. We enjoyed the hike but I expect others it might not suit

We stayed in the house for 10 days, we asked when they would change the sheets and towels, they told us that from the 12th they make the changes. It's not too much to go 12 days without change??. Very kindly the manager changed our towels.

We cannot think of anything, we asked if a bulb could be changed in the outside light so it was easier to see to get keys and open door, it was done without fuss and within a couple of hours, top marks from us.

Location, location, location, this is the perfect location, right on the beautiful seafront promenade, short walk to the Marina with its excellent range of shops, restaurants and bars. From the Marina it is only a short stroll to the stunning Playa Dplus

From the Marina it is only a short stroll to the stunning Playa Dorada beach and on to the centre of Playa Blanca. On the other direction from the villa you can take a beautiful walk to the sensational world famous Papagayo beach (a must visit)
The villa is clean and exceptionally well equipped including an office desk and excellent WiFi for remote working, a Nespresso coffee machine, an excellent selection on TV channels (including Sky Sports, BT Sport, Movies etc.) and an amazing built in BBQ out the back We really enjoyed our vacation and would highly recommend this villa. |

Location wise, a short few minutes walk to the promenade, turn right and 15 min stroll to the Marina. Or turn left and 10 min stroll to Las Collerades. Lovely bars and restaurants both ways. We will definitely return to Casa Hannah |

My only issue was that on the listing of the villa it said air conditioning included in the price. However there was a small i next to this which I hadn’t clicked on, which states air conditioning via coin meter. So air conditioning is not included iplus

And only in the master bedroom.
I contacted the agents and they did supply a fan to us the same day, so can’t really complain. Also normally there is a lovely breeze in Lanzarote, which would cool the villa down. But believe me you need air con or fans if there is no breeze. |

The house is a great size for a family of up to 6 and 1km easy, pedestrianised walk from Marina Rubicon. It has everything you need including a fab washing machine so pack light and save airline baggage charges.

It’s further out from sandy tourist beaches and Playa Blanca. That was not a problem for us-this house is well away from nightlife too. Location is safe and quiet with friendly neighbours-some rentals and some owners. The pool is immaculately clean, a great size and was quiet most days. There is a UK brands supermarket but we preferred the HiperDino, only two blocks away. Close enough to carry 6.5l water bottles back. All the booking and arrival arrangements went smoothly. We had a courtesy visit from the agency and could ask any particular questions then. |

Book your car hire in advance -we were a bit limited in sightseeing because we didn’t and couldn’t get one at short notice but the Superpedestrian Link Scooters are fun and will take you that bit further more quickly.

Only the main bedroom has air con but fans are provided and Lanzarote is usually windy so it is possible to cool the house. If booking a bus transfer the nearest hotel is Mirador Papayago - a very short walk. That info would be useful in the rental listing. |
