Cette belle villa est située dans le complexe très prisé et très bien entretenu, connu sous le nom de Las Brisas. Le complexe est fantastique pour toutes les générations, avec une piscine pour enfants et une aire de jeux séparée.
Las Brisas 112 est une villa possédant 1 chambre et 1 salle de bain, qui peut accueillir confortablement 2 adultes dans la chambre à lits jumeaux et il y a aussi un lit pliant adapté pour un jeune enfant qui peut être fourni moyennant des frais supplémentaires.
La chambre dispose de la climatisation disponible pour tous les clients (fonctionnement à pièces) et il y a beaucoup d'espace de rangement. Un sèche-cheveux et un coffre-fort sont fournis.
Le salon ouvert, la salle à manger et la cuisine ont été meublés de manière confortable pour vous offrir une sensation de chez vous avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour passer une nuit tranquille. Il y a une grande télévision à écran plat avec une grande sélection de chaînes britanniques et européennes. Le salon bénéficie également d'un ventilateur de plafond pour rafraîchir les soirées chaudes de Lanzarote.
À l'extérieur, la villa dispose de sa propre terrasse partiellement couverte et d'un jardin avec table et chaises pour les repas en plein air. Il y a aussi 2 transats uniquement pour l'utilisation de cette villa.
Las Brisas possède une grande piscine commune surveillée qui est ouverte toute l'année et disponible tous les jours. Autour de la piscine se trouvent de nombreux transats, gratuits. Si vous aimez le tennis, le complexe dispose de ses propres courts que vous pouvez réserver via la réception.
Toutes les installations dont vous avez besoin sont sur place situé à côté du bar. Le bar de la piscine est ouvert toute la journée et sert de la nourriture et des boissons, puis le soir, le bar accueille normalement un certain nombre de divertissements en direct, adapté à tous les âges.
L'emplacement est très central à Playa Blanca et la plage principale est à seulement 5 minutes à pied.
Si vous envisagez de louer une voiture, un parking gratuit est disponible à l'extérieur de la réception.
La réception est ouverte de 9h00 à 21h00, 6 jours par semaine et de 7h00 à minuit le jeudi pour répondre à toutes vos questions.

Our bungalow was not cleaned once in the 10 days holiday. We kept the place clean, this wasn’t the issue for us. It was the change of bedding / towels. Villasnow don’t come in to clean change beds and towels changed unless you stay more than 10 nightplus

At home we change our bedding at least once a week, more in the warmer months. We found that not having the bedding changed did affect our sleep. Scored the accommodation 4 as there were no mosquito screens therefore could not open the bedroom window at night
