Casa Flamingo est une grande villa spacieuse avec 4 chambres et 3 salles de bains, piscine privée chauffée, Jacuzzi et vue fantastique sur la mer. Elle peut accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes et se trouve dans le quartier résidentiel privé du Red Volcano - à proximité du magnifique hôtel Timanfaya Palace et de la superbe plage de Flamingo.
Cette villa est située dans le quartier résidentiel privé de Montana Roja (volcan rouge) à Playa Blanca, qui est dominé par le magnifique volcan Rouge, éteint évidemment, et offre une vue magnifique sur la mer.
La propriété possède une piscine privée chauffée, un jacuzzi, une terrasse ensoleillée avec barbecue construit dans le style canarien, 2 grands parasols, 8 chaises longues confortables, 8 chaises et 2 tables d’extérieur, une table de billard et un baby-foot.
A l'intérieur, vous avez une magnifique cuisine, salon et salle à manger, donnant directement sur la terrasse ensoleillée, tout comme 3 des 4 chambres. Les grandes portes vitrées mènent au coin salon au barbecue et au jardin.
Chaque chambre est équipée d'une climatisation individuelle (fonctionnement à pièces) qui agit également comme un déshumidificateur, un radiateur et filtre à air pour des conditions de sommeil parfaites quelles que soient les conditions météorologiques.
Les chambres sont composées d'une très grande chambre, d'une chambre avec un grand lit et de deux chambres avec lits jumeaux. Il y a trois salles de bain, deux avec douches, l'une étant une grande douche à l'italienne et la troisième salle de bain a une baignoire. Toutes les chambres, à l'exception d'une chambre à lits jumeaux, ont des portes qui donnent sur la terrasse, l'autre chambre à lits jumeaux possède une fenêtre donnant sur la terrasse.
La propriété dispose d'une grande télévision à écran plat avec un excellent choix de chaînes internationales (y compris les films et les sports), DVD, vidéo et équipement CD. (DVD et CD non fournis)
Dans la cuisine équipée il y a un grand frigo-congélateur, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, grille-pain, plaque vitrocéramique, grand four et tous les ustensiles de cuisine nécessaires. La cuisine est ouverte sur le salon et est idéale pour toute la famille.
La villa a une terrasse inférieure séparée avec une table de billard sous une pergola, donnant l'ombre parfaite pour jouer. Dans la buanderie à côté du jacuzzi, vous avez votre machine à laver et une table de baby-foot.

Only improvement I would suggest is having the microwave at lower level. Since your improvements to the villa couple of years ago, this was moved
from the work surface to high up on a stand, which personally for me I am now unable to use as I am onlplus

The villa its self is absolutely beautiful, big, clean and spacious. We went as a family of four and didn’t even touch the other two rooms. Extremely large living room, kitchen and dining area. So many appliances but we used the outdoor dining area plus

So many appliances but we used the outdoor dining area most nights for BBQs. The outdoor space to this villa is outstanding and definitely made us sad to leave it. Pool and football table, large bbq and dining area (not to mention the amazing sunset from this area), comfy lounge chairs for your morning bru and plenty of sun loungers. Not to forget the pool for the hot days and the hot tub for the beautiful evenings. The family that own this villa are extremely accommodating and nothing is ever too much. By far our best family holiday in such a beautiful place, a home from home. Everything was perfect. Thank you!

Have stayed in this villa many times, or their similar villas, but always in this area, which we love, being quieter than nearer the town. This year I didn’t deactivate the alarm correctly when we arrived home one evening, only for a minute or 2, until husband arrived behind me, and he corrected it, but we were really impressed how quickly Jason was on the phone to me, having been contacted by their security company to confirm that we were at the villa and it was not intruders. That is really reassuring though to know that the security company and Jason were so quick to react…just in case !! ( Sorry for interrupting your evening Jason ) Very happy with everything, and would not hesitate to recommend Villas Now to everyone. |

Lovely villa. Location brilliant for flamingo beach. Not a lot of choice there for restaurants. But the main one is lovely. Not far from the main centre, where all the main selections of restaurants are. Always a massive shout out for Mr Panda. plus

Then there is nowhere better to go. Volcan restaurant has great food there too. Luna is an Italian gem. Book though so you get a table on the balcony. Portions are massive. So bear that in mind when ordering. Fabulous food. Lovely people. Taxis are still a bit of a nightmare to get. Not enough of them. I think the call Centre has had a change of staff. At least they are pleasant now and don’t put the phone down on you. Nov 22 they were SO rude. But June 23 so much better. They need more taxi companies in Playa Blanca. Not just one. Prices still reasonable though. Love the Villa holidays. Been to 4 different ones in Playa Blanca. This one was the best.

The couple of queries we had were dealt with promptly and efficiently. The villa is just a 5 minute walk from playa flamingo and it’s lovely restaurants, and a further 15 minutes to playa Blanca centre with its plentiful bars, restaurants and shops. Casa Flamingo is most definitely the best villa we’ve stayed in. Home from home. Everything you need, and a fabulous location. |

When we went in to leave cases, they had left the villa in a disgraceful state, which obviously took some cleaning, and was done to a very high standard

Due to covid, the usual brochure had gone, replaced with iPad for info.
This wasn’t working and rep said it needing re-programming, tried several times again during our stay, but never did get to grips with it. Luckily as we have stayed here quite aplus

Luckily as we have stayed here quite a few times before, we were ok, but may be a problem for people like us who are not into technology. I’m sure the younger generation would be fine with it though. Having said this, help is always only a phone call away if needed. |

The villa is absolutely beautiful, so clean and comes with everything you might need.
We didn't hire a car, preferring to get taxi's whenever we needed them, the service from the taxi company was excellent too. Overall the holiday was perfect plenty plus

We didn't hire a car, preferring to get taxi's whenever we needed them, the service from the taxi company was excellent too. Overall the holiday was perfect plenty of restaurants in walking distance. The pool was fabulous especially on the really hot days. We paid for the hot tub and got our money's worth out of it. Everything in the villa is set out perfectly, the bedrooms are of good sizes and extremely comfortable. Well equipped kitchen, we didn't want for anything. I did contact the owner a couple of times to ask questions and Jason got straight back to me, always very helpful. We all loved every second. |

Casa flamingo is ideally located 10 mins walk to flamingo beach 20mins to centre of Playa Blanca. Spacious, clean, comfortable villa with everything you could possibly need for a wonderful holiday. Smart tv with Netflix was an added bonus. Staff veryplus

The villa was clean and tidy. Brilliant facilities, including pool and hot tub. Families will love this villa as well as having its own pool there is also a water park just around the corner. Playa flamingo beach is 10 minutes walk away while Playa Bplus

The villa agents were very helpful as well, even letting us leave the cases in the villa when we was due to leave but wasn't being picked up till two and a half hours later.

The only thing I can fault is that some of the furniture is tired and needs replacing or mending but this alone did not bother my holiday at all .

The Welcome package of tea coffee wine and beer was a welcome surprise, the villa was spotlessly clean and well stocked with glasses ware and pots and pans, the pool was heated and i honestly have no complaints what's so ever

Some lights not working.
Lights at the pool table didn’t work so unable to play in the evening.
Better system to pay for the aircon, lots of coins required which at the present time is not that easy to achieve.

Some aspects are a little tired, ie lounge furniture. It would have been handy to have had an extra place to watch TV. Having just one TV in the house meant everyone having to watch same thing when we stayed in.

The folder in the villa is non specific to Casa Flamingo. Would be useful to have more hints and tips on the area if this was your first visit .

Just got back from a family stay at Casa flamingo would definitely be returning. Great villa spacious, very clean close to the beach and shops water park literally across the road. Plenty of room for little ones to run around took my grandson and heplus

Plenty of room for little ones to run around took my grandson and he loved having the run of the villa. Only downside is that there was no cot available but couldn’t fault anything else. We all enjoyed our stay here :)
