La Villa Henry est située à Playa Blanca dans le quartier résidentiel calme d'Aguamarina, près de Faro Park. Cette spacieuse villa indépendante dispose de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain, d'une grande piscine privée chauffée et bénéficie d'une vue panoramique imprenable sur la mer jusqu'aux îles de Fuerteventura et de Lobos. Elle est située juste à côté du front de mer et à quelques mètres de la promenade principale qui offre une ballade pittoresque et relaxante vers le centre-ville.
La villa est répartie sur deux niveaux et dispose de hauts plafonds et d'un sol en marbre, offrant une sensation d’espace, de fraîcheur et est également très bien aérée. La propriété a été meublée avec goût et de haut standing avec une décoration élégante.
Un impressionnant escalier en marbre mène à l'étage de la suite parentale privée qui domine tout l'étage supérieur. Il y a un très grand lit, des armoires encastrées et une salle de bain en marbre avec baignoire et douche. La chambre principale a également un accès exclusif à une terrasse privée sur le toit où vous pourrez vous détendre au soleil et de profiter de la vue sur la montagne volcanique, à couper le souffle, ou sur celle imprenable de l'océan.
La deuxième chambre a un grand lit et la troisième possède des lits jumeaux. Ces deux chambres ont des armoires encastrées et ont accès à une salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne en marbre. Elles sont situées au rez-de-chaussée.
Il y a la climatisation/chauffage (fonctionnement à pièces) installées dans les 3 chambres.
La cuisine moderne entièrement équipée avec des surfaces de travail en granit comprend un lave-vaisselle, un frigo-congélateur, un four, une plaque de cuisson, un four micro-ondes, une cafetière, une bouilloire et un grille-pain. Le lave-linge est situé dans la buanderie.
La salle à manger est élégamment décorée et est parfaite pour un diner relaxant. Cette pièce dispose également d'un deuxième coin salon avec des fauteuils et chaises confortables pour s'asseoir et se détendre.
Le salon spacieux est à la fois confortable et pratique. Vous disposerez d’une grande télévision à écran plat connectée, un système TV par internet avec de nombreuses chaînes de différentes langues et un lecteur DVD avec DVD disponibles. Pour rester connecté, la WIFI à fibre optique haute vitesse est également incluse GRATUITEMENT. Des portes doubles s'ouvrent donnant l'accès à la terrasse principale, à la piscine et aux vastes jardins tropicaux qui ont été magnifiquement aménagés avec une abondance de palmiers, d'arbustes et d'arbres à fleurs. L'espace extérieur est très propre et offre une parfaite intimité.
À l'extérieur, la piscine privée et la terrasse ensoleillée, toutes les deux orientées plein sud offrent un cadre idéal pour passer des heures à bronzer. Avec de nombreuses chaises longues et une grande terrasse carrelée, tout le monde peut s'épanouir et se détendre. Un coin extérieur ombragé et une salle à manger en plein air sont parfaits pour les dîners sous les étoiles et des canapés extérieurs confortables pour les soirées conviviales et fraîches. Un billard et une table de ping-pong sont également fournis pour les loisirs.
Beaucoup de commerces aux environs, y compris deux supermarchés, bars, restaurants, cafés à 10 minutes à pied. En moins de cinq minutes de la villa, vous pourrez vous balader le long de la promenade unique de 12 kilomètres de Playa Blanca qui relie le phare à la marina Rubicon. À une courte distance le long de la promenade, vous trouverez une variété de restaurants internationaux ainsi que des bars à cocktails donnant sur les plages et les criques isolées. La principale plage de Papagayo est à environ 45 minutes à pied. The villa is a great size, all 3 bedrooms have air con, bath upstairs and large walk-in shower downstairs. Great pool which can be heated and lots of garden space, sun loungers etc. We live the location as easy to walk down to the coast promenade aplus

We really enjoyed our time in villa Henry. The location at Aguamarina is perfect for us as we like to walk the boulevard towards the strip.

We walked to closet beach about 10 minutes stroll, offering some nice bars and longer stroll to another beach and more restaurants to choose from. The Villa was amazing for Space, Supporting those with Mobility issues down stairs, where 2 rooms are found and one large bathroom, Lovely separate room with access to TV, Seating area if weather not good, Beautiful all round and spacious. Bedroom upstairs is a lovely retreat - if you require quite time , with own terrace, for evening drinks and well equipped large room with ensuite and Bath. We shall Definity be using the service of the team who support all your needs and knowledgeable of the areas and villas |

Lovely spacious villa, outside was lovely also very quiet and reasonably private. The outside covered area was really good. We also got used to seeing "Bud" at the top of the stairs !. We met Nina and Jayne again ,lovely and helpful girls.

Some of the villas in this area are having work carried out, especially the villa two doors down from Villa Henry. You could here them drilling etc on most days. Although it didn’t necessarily spoil our holiday, it was annoying and did spoil the peacplus

Some good restaurants just 5-10 minutes away. Is a bit of a way to playa, bus, car or taxi needed, but a straight run and easy parking. Highly recommend. |

We had a lovely week in Villa Henry, the villa was clean, spacious and the equipment and facilities well thought out. We enjoyed the pool and deck area, the upstairs balcony with great views as well as the option for our lads to use a PS4 and pool taplus
We had a lovely week in Villa Henry, the villa was clean, spacious and the equipment and facilities well thought out. We enjoyed the pool and deck area, the upstairs balcony with great views as well as the option for our lads to use a PS4 and pool table.
It was wonderful to be able to stroll along the promenade to the lighthouse, eat in the local parade of restaurants sometimes rather than going into the main part of Playa Blanca, and walk to a little beach bar to sit looking out at the sea. Lanzarote was great to explore in our hire car, we had an amazing trip to the volcano and travelled to most places on the island to see caves, marinas, markets and more, |

Having stayed in many areas of Playa Blanca and always favouring Los Altos for the views, I was worried I’d be disappointed. I couldn’t have been more wrong. The location was perfect. We felt like the only ones on the island when relaxing in our villplus
Having stayed in many areas of Playa Blanca and always favouring Los Altos for the views, I was worried I’d be disappointed. I couldn’t have been more wrong. The location was perfect. We felt like the only ones on the island when relaxing in our villa.
It’s the best one so far and it’s a shame it’s not free when we have booked to come back in a few months. The outside pool table was fun and kept us amused when not in the pool. It became a home from home with everything we needed. One area for us for improvement was the twin beds- with two over 6ft teenage sons one has the two beds pushed together as his double but they kept slipping sort on the tiled floor. Next time I’ll bring something to tie the legs together. Other than that fantastic- we use your villas again. |

Ideal villa to stay at in playa blanca we had to spend more time than usual in the villa because of bad weather( first time ive seen hail stones in lanzarote ) but plenty to do and so comfortable like home from home highly recommend and we will deplus

This villa is very comfortable and the owners have thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. We travelled as a couple but this villa would equally be as enjoyable for a family as it had so many individual areasplus

Cleaning - we stayed for 17 nights - Cleaning staff only came once and they only changed the sheets and did no cleaning.

Villa Henry was superb. Great facilities and a lovely quiet setting. There were a few minor niggles with the internet provider but the Villa Henry guys were quick to respond so full marks there too. I would highly recommend this place for a family brplus

Beautiful well decorated villa with everything you need for a perfect holiday stay. Although located outside of the main resort area, it is so peaceful and lovely when having a day at the villa that it makes it worthwhile being a bit further away froplus
Beautiful well decorated villa with everything you need for a perfect holiday stay. Although located outside of the main resort area, it is so peaceful and lovely when having a day at the villa that it makes it worthwhile being a bit further away from the town, that said there is a small choice of restaurants and a grocery shop within walking distance for your basic needs. The villa was clean and very comfortable with a lovely pool and an extensive home entertainment system. There were several areas, both covered and uncovered available to sit in and eat those al fresco meals, read a book or just get a bit of respite from the sun. A lovely place to spend some time in, in this very strange world we find ourselves, would definitely recommend.

We have stayed in over 12 villas in Playa Blanca but this was the best yet. The villa was spotless on arrival, we were two couples and the layout was perfect giving us both our own areas on different floors. The master suite upstairs was a great sizeplus

The villa was spotless on arrival, we were two couples and the layout was perfect giving us both our own areas on different floors. The master suite upstairs was a great size and offered lovely views from the terrace. There were lots of comfortable seating for eating or just relaxing inside or out. Added bonus of having table tennis pool table (subject to wind conditions!) and also all British tv channels and Sky sports etc. meant we couldn’t find anything else you could ask for. Villa company staff are friendly and helpful, we had an issue with water pressure one morning and within 20 minutes of reporting it somebody was at the villa (it was local workmen causing the issue nothing to do with the villa) I would definitely recommend a stay here you won’t be disappointed.

We booked this villa last minute and couldn’t have been more lucky. We are a couple but a family of 6 would be comfortable in this home from home villa. Everything was clean, well laid out, plenty of surprise extras. All you could ask for. We will replus

Spent 10 days here with my two teenage sons and husband. The villa is excellent. Exactly how it's described but with extra things that make a difference, e.g. comfy beds, soft bath towels, powerful hair dryer, lovely showers. The kids loved the pool plus

Exactly how it's described but with extra things that make a difference, e.g. comfy beds, soft bath towels, powerful hair dryer, lovely showers. The kids loved the pool table and table tennis and it was great to see they didn't want to play on the PS4. The company that manages the villa is also excellent. Amazing service and responses to our questions. They also helped us book car hire for when we arrived at the airport and can organise trips. When I asked about pool heating, someone was here within an hour and sorted it. We initially felt worried about using a small company (Villas now) to book as you hear about villa fraud, but this company is genuine and as Thomas Cook recently folded, glad we chose a smaller company that really know the area and look after a lovely villa. I recomend car hire, though there are bus stops and restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance, but a car allows easier exploration of the island. A lovely quiet location, there is a road alongside the villa, but this is very quiet and the gardens give decent space and privacy between you and other villas. I would love to come back here. Thank you for an amazing holiday.
