Bienvenue à la Villa Lanson, une charmante villa de 3 chambres à coucher nichée dans un charmant quartier familial de Playa Blanca, Lanzarote.
En entrant dans la Villa Lanson, vous découvrirez un mélange de design contemporain combiné à des touches de tradition canarienne. L'espace de vie ouvert est spacieux et les fenêtres du sol au plafond inondent la pièce de lumière naturelle. En forme de L, cette villa dispose également d'une cuisine moderne entièrement équipée qui s'intègre parfaitement dans la salle à manger et le salon.
Chacune des trois chambres aux dimensions généreuses (chambre principale, chambre double et chambre à deux lits) dispose d'une salle de bains privative et de portes-fenêtres donnant sur la terrasse extérieure. La chambre principale possède sa propre salle de bains, dotée d'une douche à l'italienne et d'une salle de bains séparée, parfaite pour un long bain et le nettoyage des pieds sablonneux après une journée à la plage !
Une fois dehors, dans votre espace extérieur privé, vous trouverez une grande piscine chauffée qui vous invite à vous détendre et à profiter du chaud soleil espagnol. Le soir venu, un barbecue et une salle à manger extérieure accueillante vous permettront de prendre vos repas avec vos amis et votre famille sous les étoiles.
La villa dispose d'une connexion WiFi, d'une gamme complète de chaînes de télévision internationales et d'un emplacement de parking dans la rue.

We didn't seem to have enough hot water, if you stayed in more than just a few mins the second person had to have a cold one. Couldn't find relevant alarm instructions either, they didn't match up with the panel in the property.

We had a great stay at Villa Lanson. The location was excellent bring just a short stroll to the Marina. The villa has everything you need and more for your stay. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were really good, they had clearly recplus

Stayed for a month in Jan 24, weather was amazing as was the villa and the location. Pool was perfect, Pool guy came frequently and was a lovely chatty guy. Love that there was access to the outside from all the bedrooms. I feel there is a bit of worplus

Love that there was access to the outside from all the bedrooms. I feel there is a bit of work needs doing inside, kitchen could do with updating along with all new pots and pans, utensils, cutlery and plates etc. Flooring throughout makes it dark and dirty looking although it is extremely clean. Needs a few accessories to make it more homely.

Having just returned from a fortnight in this villa and stayed in several others we can recommend this one. There are areas within the villa that are just a little bit tired but that is being really picky and overall the accommodation inside is largeplus
Having just returned from a fortnight in this villa and stayed in several others we can recommend this one. There are areas within the villa that are just a little bit tired but that is being really picky and overall the accommodation inside is large, clean, very comfortable and very functional. The recently renovated bathrooms are luxurious and a highlight and the beds are very comfortable. There is everything you need to eat in if that’s what you like and a decent BBQ in the fantastic outside area. The pool area is large, the pool is a decent size with good water temperature and whilst there is an area around the hot tub that had some rubbish from recent building works lying about (ten minutes work had it tidied up) overall the whole garden area was very nice. The villa is perfectly placed near to the marina and all in all it’s a great place for a great holiday. Villas now are very good to deal with and very responsive to any issue that arises.

We arrived early and villa was still being cleaned but we were able to leave our luggage and go for lunch.
The villa is in a fantastic location, 3 minutes walk from supermarket, 5 from marina and restaurants.
