We are currently hiring for a full-time Gardener and Maintenance Assistant to join our team in Playa Blanca:
Villas Now is based in the heart of Marina Rubicón and Faro Park. With over 23 years of experience, we manage a range of high-quality holiday villas and apartments throughout Playa Blanca. Our focus is on creating memorable guest experiences, with many visitors returning to us year after year. You’ll be joining a close-knit, supportive team that takes pride in delivering excellent service and ensuring every guest feels truly welcomed.
Gardener & Maintenance Person
Key Responsibilities:
- Care for villa gardens to ensure foliage is healthy, vibrant, and welcoming for guests and owners.
- Maintain well-presented gardens and terrace planting areas.
- Source and plant new shrubbery as needed.
- Perform general weeding and tidying of outdoor spaces.
- Manage and maintain effective watering systems.
- You will also be required to undertake light maintenance work to support our Maintenance team.
About you:
- Experience in gardening and general horticulture, particularly with Canarian gardens, is preferred.
- Knowledgeable in DIY and general villa maintenance.
- Ideally, you are looking to work on a self-employed basis.
- You have the right to work in Lanzarote and a full, valid driving licence and your own transport.
- Availability to work on weekends and occasionally be on-call.
- Conversational level of Spanish and English
