We are currently hiring for a full-time Cleaner to join our team in Playa Blanca:
Villas Now is based in the heart of Marina Rubicón and Faro Park. We have been looking after holiday villas and apartments in Playa Blanca for over 25 years. We’re a friendly, close-knit team who work together to make sure our villas look their best and every guest has a fantastic stay.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Cleaning and preparing our holiday villas ready for arriving guests and those requiring a mid-stay clean.
- Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas to a high standard.
- Making beds and ensuring each room is clean, tidy and well presented.
- Cleaning terraces, outdoor furniture, BBQ areas and pool surroundings.
- Replenishing guest essentials and making sure everything is in the right place.
- Preparing simple welcome packs for arriving guests.
- Reporting any damages, missing items or maintenance issues to the team.
- Working as part of a friendly team to make sure villas are ready on time and to the high cleaning standards our guests expect from Villas Now.
About You
- Friendly, reliable and hardworking.
- Takes pride in keeping things clean and tidy.
- Has good attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible and available to work weekends when required.
- Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is helpful, but not essential.
- A conversational level of Spanish and English is preferred.
- You must have the right to work in Lanzarote. A full, valid driving licence is required, along with your own transport to travel between villas.
