Villa Helena se encuentra en el tranquilo Residencial Zafiro, cerca de la conocida zona de Faro Park en Playa Blanca. La villa tiene 2 dormitorios, 2 baños, piscina privada climatizada y bañera de hidromasaje.
Al entrar en la villa se accede por un pasillo , a la derecha se encuentra la cocina y la sala de estar y luego a la izquierda los dormitorios y los baños.
Comenzando con las habitaciones; el dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size, mesitas de noche, amplio armario y un baño en-suite.
El segundo dormitorio , es un dormitorio doble , con una mesita de noche, lámpara de lectura y amplio armario.
La cocina tiene todo lo que necesita para unas vacaciones y está equipado al nivel que se espera en una villa como esta.El equipamiento incluye horno, vitrocerámica, nevera-congelador, microondas, lavavajillas, hervidor de agua, tostadora , cristalería, vajilla y cubiertos.
El salón tiene un gran televisor de pantalla ancha con sistema de canales internacionales con amplia cobertura a canales de Reino Unido , Francia, Alemania y España. (incluyendo la BBC, ITV, SKY, SKY Sports y SKY Movies). También hay un reproductor de DVD (DVD no se suministra).
Desde el salón se puede salir a la terraza y a la zona de la piscina. Hay mucho espacio para tomar el sol, zona de tumbonas y zona de barbacoa para disfrutar de una cena al aire libre.
La piscina privada ofrece climatización eléctrica y es de aproximadamente 8m x 4m de tamaño. Perfecta para refrescarse en los días calurosos de Lanzarote.
El Residencial Zafiro está a sólo 10 minutos a pie de las tiendas, bares y restaurantes en la zona de Faro Park .Hay un servicio regular de autobús que va a Playa Blanca.
Alternativamente, para los huéspedes más activos, es posible dar un paseo hasta la playa más cercana o la playa de Playa Blanca o incluso Marina Rubicón a lo largo del paseo marítimo y disfrutar de la brisa y las impresionantes vistas al mar.

The villa itself was comfortable and was generally well equipped, especially the kitchen. The pool is a good size and there were plenty of sun beds. The location is a bit further away from the shops and bars than we are used to but still only a 10 miver más

When we requested more towels they promptly arrived. The staff who checked in with us were helpful and friendly. Overall we had an enjoyable stay at villa Helena.

The villa wasn't ready for our arrival which the management seemed to know but didn't communicate this to us. The pool hadn't been cleaned prior to our arrival and was quire dirty.

We were disappointed that the bedroom doors were difficult to close and the bathroom doors DID’NT either close or lock. In fact the bathroom and en-suite had no locks. As we were a couple it wasn’t an issue to report but had we been two couples it cover más

Lovely second year at Villa Helena.
We had a fabulous 2 1/2 weeks holiday at Helena. the private garden is ideal for sunbathing and swimming and the pool was lovely and warm.

We had a fabulous 2 1/2 weeks holiday at Helena. the private garden is ideal for sunbathing and swimming and the pool was lovely and warm. The close proximity to nearby shops and restaurants is a perfect location and the choice is much wider now than it was a few years ago. Having a car parking space is a big bonus. The coastal path is only 5 minutes away and we enjoyed the walk down into Playa Blanca even though it took us 21/2 hours ( we are both our 70's) Slight problem with the safe as someone had gone off with the key but Chloe fixed in 24 hours which was appreciated. The mid week 'mini' clean and lined change is also a nice touch we not every villa company provides. All in all, a lovely villa in an idea location! |

It was a nice touch providing a tablet loaded with useful info, as well as the welcome pack, but also appreciated our introductory visit to ensure all was satisfactory and provided us with assurance that if help was needed it was easily accessible.
Having an alarm system also gave is a sense of security. We will definitely consider returning again next year. |

We have stayed at this villa several times before under the previous owner so knew what to expect for this villa, location and facilities for us. Had problems accessing the villa as given wrong access instructions. However, was able to make contact to sort this out. Requested hot tub and paid extra for this (has always been included previously) and disappointed that it was not working on arrival. Again was able to make contact for this to be be sorted and offered a refund for the first 2 days for lack of use. Eventually sorted but had further problems with hot tub. Engineer attended and said issues arise from lack of use (if switched off it causes problems). Also had problems with hot water problem but again sorted out straight away.

The villa was clean and well kept with all you need, A nice size pool with lovely garden area and patio. Inside, the bedrooms were clean and comfortable, the lounge area was good and had a TV with all the channels you need and the kitchen was equipped adequately. Altogether a very nice place to stay.

The pool is brilliant and regularly clean. Rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are perfect. Lots of space inside and outside. It is in a very quiet area which is great.
