Description
Villa Helena sits in the quiet residential area of Zafiro near the well known area of Faro Park in Playa Blanca. The villa has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, private heated pool and Hot Tub.
Entering the villa you are welcomed in to the hallway which to the right leads to the kitchen, lounge and then to the left it leads to the bedrooms and bathrooms.
Starting with the bedrooms; the master bedroom has a king size bed, bedside cabinets, plenty of wall robe space and an en-suite bathroom.
The second bedroom is a twin bedroom again with a bedside cabinet, reading lamp and plenty of wardrobe space.
The kitchen has everything you need for a self catering holiday and is equipped to a standard you would expect with this beautiful villa. Including, oven, ceramic hob, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and plenty of glassware, crockery and cutlery.
The lounge has a large wide screen TV with IPTV system in place, which gives plenty of UK, French, Spanish & German channels (including BBC, ITV, SKY, SKY Sports & SKY Movies). There is also a DVD player (DVD’s not supplied).
From the lounge you can walk out to the terrace and pool area. There is plenty of room for sun bathing on the sun beds or even having a BBQ and enjoying some Al Fresco dining.
The private pool is electrically heated and is approximately 8m x 4m in size. Perfect for cooling down on those hot Lanzarote days.
Residential Zafiro is only a 10 minute walk to the shops, bars and restaurants in Faro Park and there is a regular bus service which runs in to Playa Blanca. Alternatively for the more active guests, it is possible to take a leisurely walk to the nearest beach or into Playa Blanca or even Marina Rubicon along the promenade and enjoy some sea air and stunning sea views.
All in all, Villa Helena is a beautiful property set in a great location in Playa Blanca, perfect for couples or families.
Towels and linen (Including pool towels) are all provided and changed every full week of your holiday.
HOT TUB: There is an additional per day charge for use of the Hot Tub. Please ask for details.
AIRPORT TRANSFERS are available both SHARED and EXCLUSIVE. We can arrange this at very reasonable rates for our guests, please ask for a price list.
CAR HIRE. We can arrange to have a vehicle of your choice awaiting your arrival at the Arrecife airport in Lanzarote along with the company representative.
WHERE TO EAT. Locally in Playa Blanca there are many good restaurants to choose from. Those along the sea front are great for their ambience, but when asked to recommend one, there are two which remain consistently good and are all family owned and run. Los Hervideros … great for local tapas. Casa Brigitta (in Marina Rubicon) … ask about the fish of the day. We are also really pleased to be able to offer the services of a personal chef. The villa itself was comfortable and was generally well equipped, especially the kitchen. The pool is a good size and there were plenty of sun beds. The location is a bit further away from the shops and bars than we are used to but still only a 10 misee more

When we requested more towels they promptly arrived. The staff who checked in with us were helpful and friendly. Overall we had an enjoyable stay at villa Helena.

The villa wasn't ready for our arrival which the management seemed to know but didn't communicate this to us. The pool hadn't been cleaned prior to our arrival and was quire dirty.

You have staying in this property before, so knew it location?
You were told that Check In time was 16:00 and you turned up 4 hours early and then refused to leave so the cleaners could finish properly. You then also refused to let the see more

We were disappointed that the bedroom doors were difficult to close and the bathroom doors DID’NT either close or lock. In fact the bathroom and en-suite had no locks. As we were a couple it wasn’t an issue to report but had we been two couples it cosee more

Lovely second year at Villa Helena.
We had a fabulous 2 1/2 weeks holiday at Helena. the private garden is ideal for sunbathing and swimming and the pool was lovely and warm.

We had a fabulous 2 1/2 weeks holiday at Helena. the private garden is ideal for sunbathing and swimming and the pool was lovely and warm. The close proximity to nearby shops and restaurants is a perfect location and the choice is much wider now than it was a few years ago. Having a car parking space is a big bonus. The coastal path is only 5 minutes away and we enjoyed the walk down into Playa Blanca even though it took us 21/2 hours ( we are both our 70's) Slight problem with the safe as someone had gone off with the key but Chloe fixed in 24 hours which was appreciated. The mid week 'mini' clean and lined change is also a nice touch we not every villa company provides. All in all, a lovely villa in an idea location! |

It was a nice touch providing a tablet loaded with useful info, as well as the welcome pack, but also appreciated our introductory visit to ensure all was satisfactory and provided us with assurance that if help was needed it was easily accessible.
Having an alarm system also gave is a sense of security. We will definitely consider returning again next year. |

We have stayed at this villa several times before under the previous owner so knew what to expect for this villa, location and facilities for us. Had problems accessing the villa as given wrong access instructions. However, was able to make contact to sort this out. Requested hot tub and paid extra for this (has always been included previously) and disappointed that it was not working on arrival. Again was able to make contact for this to be be sorted and offered a refund for the first 2 days for lack of use. Eventually sorted but had further problems with hot tub. Engineer attended and said issues arise from lack of use (if switched off it causes problems). Also had problems with hot water problem but again sorted out straight away.

A well kept villa in a very quiet residential area, probably the furthest outside of the main town I've stayed so a car is definately a good idea, but it was lovely and peaceful and so very relaxing. The villa was clean and well kept with all you neesee more

Inside, the bedrooms were clean and comfortable, the lounge area was good and had a TV with all the channels you need and the kitchen was equipped adequately. Altogether a very nice place to stay.

It's a wonderful villa at the edge of Playa Blanca, allowing very easy access to different ( and beautiful ) walks by the sea. You can even stroll straight to the centre of Playa Blanca - it takes about half an hour. The villa is fantastic and has evsee more

The pool is brilliant and regularly clean. Rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are perfect. Lots of space inside and outside. It is in a very quiet area which is great.
