Villa Helena se trouve dans le quartier résidentiel calme de Zafiro, très proche du quartier bien connu de Faro Parc à Playa Blanca. La villa dispose de 2 chambres, 2 salles de bains, piscine privée chauffée et Jacuzzi.
En entrant dans la villa, vous touverez un couloir qui mène à droite à la cuisine, au salon puis à gauche aux chambres et salles de bains.
En commençant par les chambres ; la chambre principale a un lit double, des tables de chevet, beaucoup d'espace et une salle de bain attenante.
La deuxième chambre est une chambre à lits jumeaux avec une table de chevet, une lampe de lecture et beaucoup d'espace de rangement.
La cuisine a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour vos vacances et est très bien équipée, avec four, plaque vitrocéramique, réfrigérateur-congélateur, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, bouilloire, grille-pain et beaucoup de verrerie, vaisselle et couverts.
Le salon dispose d'une télévision grand écran avec système TV par internet en place, qui offre de nombreuses chaînes britanniques, françaises, espagnoles et allemandes (y compris BBC, ITV, SKY, SKY Sports et SKY Movies). Il y a aussi un lecteur DVD (DVD non fournis).
Depuis le salon, vous pouvez vous promener sur la terrasse et la piscine. Il y a beaucoup d'espace pour bronzer sur les chaises longues ou même faire un barbecue et profiter d'un repas en plein air.
La piscine privée est chauffée et mesure environ 8 mx 4 m. Parfait pour se rafraîchir pendant les chaudes journées de Lanzarote.

The villa itself was comfortable and was generally well equipped, especially the kitchen. The pool is a good size and there were plenty of sun beds. The location is a bit further away from the shops and bars than we are used to but still only a 10 miplus

The location is a bit further away from the shops and bars than we are used to but still only a 10 minute walk. There is a parking space at the side of the villa. When we requested more towels they promptly arrived. The staff who checked in with us were helpful and friendly. Overall we had an enjoyable stay at villa Helena.

The villa wasn't ready for our arrival which the management seemed to know but didn't communicate this to us. The pool hadn't been cleaned prior to our arrival and was quire dirty.

We were disappointed that the bedroom doors were difficult to close and the bathroom doors DID’NT either close or lock. In fact the bathroom and en-suite had no locks. As we were a couple it wasn’t an issue to report but had we been two couples it coplus

Lovely second year at Villa Helena.
We had a fabulous 2 1/2 weeks holiday at Helena. the private garden is ideal for sunbathing and swimming and the pool was lovely and warm.
The close proximity to nearby shops and restaurants is a perfect locatioplus

We had a fabulous 2 1/2 weeks holiday at Helena. the private garden is ideal for sunbathing and swimming and the pool was lovely and warm. The close proximity to nearby shops and restaurants is a perfect location and the choice is much wider now than it was a few years ago. Having a car parking space is a big bonus. The coastal path is only 5 minutes away and we enjoyed the walk down into Playa Blanca even though it took us 21/2 hours ( we are both our 70's) Slight problem with the safe as someone had gone off with the key but Chloe fixed in 24 hours which was appreciated. The mid week 'mini' clean and lined change is also a nice touch we not every villa company provides. All in all, a lovely villa in an idea location! |

It was a nice touch providing a tablet loaded with useful info, as well as the welcome pack, but also appreciated our introductory visit to ensure all was satisfactory and provided us with assurance that if help was needed it was easily accessible.
Having an alarm system also gave is a sense of security. We will definitely consider returning again next year. |

We have stayed at this villa several times before under the previous owner so knew what to expect for this villa, location and facilities for us. Had problems accessing the villa as given wrong access instructions. However, was able to make contact to sort this out. Requested hot tub and paid extra for this (has always been included previously) and disappointed that it was not working on arrival. Again was able to make contact for this to be be sorted and offered a refund for the first 2 days for lack of use. Eventually sorted but had further problems with hot tub. Engineer attended and said issues arise from lack of use (if switched off it causes problems). Also had problems with hot water problem but again sorted out straight away.

A well kept villa in a very quiet residential area, probably the furthest outside of the main town I've stayed so a car is definately a good idea, but it was lovely and peaceful and so very relaxing. The villa was clean and well kept with all you neeplus

The villa was clean and well kept with all you need, A nice size pool with lovely garden area and patio. Inside, the bedrooms were clean and comfortable, the lounge area was good and had a TV with all the channels you need and the kitchen was equipped adequately. Altogether a very nice place to stay.

We knew what we took, and in fact purposely were taking Helena for it's location and being tucked away from the usual hype of Playa Blanca. We wanted to Stay at FARO, yet were unlucky to get accomodation there. Helena @ ZAFIRO was a great alternativeplus

It's a wonderful villa at the edge of Playa Blanca, allowing very easy access to different ( and beautiful ) walks by the sea. You can even stroll straight to the centre of Playa Blanca - it takes about half an hour. The villa is fantastic and has evplus

The pool is brilliant and regularly clean. Rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are perfect. Lots of space inside and outside. It is in a very quiet area which is great.
