La Villa Del Sol est située dans le quartier résidentiel privé de Montana Roja (volcan rouge) à Playa Blanca, qui est dominé par le magnifique volcan Red Mountain éteint et offre une vue magnifique sur la mer. La villa dispose de 3 chambres, 2 salles de bains, piscine privée chauffée, climatisation et WiFi gratuit.
La propriété dispose d'une piscine privée chauffée et pour assurer votre intimité, nous avons construit un beau mur en lave volcanique tout autour du jardin, pour la baignade ou les bains de soleil.
Pour garder la sensation traditionnelle des vacances espagnoles, nous avons conçu un barbecue construit dans la vieille tradition sur la terrasse, avec une zone de préparation sur le côté, y compris un évier et une zone couverte.
La terrasse supérieure a une jolie clôture avec des portes qui est excellente pour les parents avec de jeunes enfants, pour ne pas les laisser sans surveillance à la piscine.
Nous avons conçu l'intérieur de la villa pour répondre le plus largement possible à tous les âges, et est meublée avec un mélange de traditionnel et de moderne, pour donner une sensation vraiment de luxe, à la fois avec des meubles anglais et espagnols.
La propriété dispose d'une grande télévision à écran plat avec un excellent choix de chaînes internationales et d’un lecteur DVD (DVD non fournis).
Du magnifique coin salon, vous avez des portes-fenêtres qui ouvrent sur la terrasse ensoleillée supérieure donnant sur la piscine, tout comme la chambre en suite.
La villa dispose d'une cuisine moderne superbement conçue et équipée. Dans la cuisine vous trouverez un lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, micro-ondes, four électrique, cuisinière à gaz, grille-pain et bouilloire.

We had a really lovely time. Lovely villa, everything clean, good facilities. Nice big pool. Shops near. Short walk to Flamingo beach. Very easy to get to the main routes around the island if you have a car. Would recommend and would love to coplus

We've just come back from a 2 week holiday in Villa Del Sol. We also stayed here last year too! Excellent villa. Lovely size for our party (4 adults and 2 children). Pool cleaned regularly (tuesday and Fridays). Kitchen well equipped with plenty of gplus

Perfect location. 10-15 min walk to Flamingo beach where there is supermarket, bars and restaurants. 30 min walk to centre of Playa Blanca. Waterpark right across the road from the villa. |

The Villa was perfect. It had everything we needed. The pool was crystal clean and we swam every day. The location was perfect. Our son loved the box of inflatables, buckets, spades and Parasols in the yard, perfect for the pool and a few beach days plus

Our son loved the box of inflatables, buckets, spades and Parasols in the yard, perfect for the pool and a few beach days without having to buy any of those things. The whole place was clean, plenty of towels and utensils and plates in the kitchen. If you are looking, just book, and book direct as it was easier then booking via a 3rd party like Tripadvisor.

Stayed in this villa before. Great location for shops, restaurants and beach. Pool area has been updated and is lovely and the bathroom in the main bedroom replaced with walk in shower which was lovely. Beds extremely comfortable.

We decided to stay for a full month this year, being in the villa for the full month you realise how much the changes effected us, in our opinion we feel that one of the best features of the villa has been taken away, the BBQ area was one of our bestplus
We decided to stay for a full month this year, being in the villa for the full month you realise how much the changes effected us, in our opinion we feel that one of the best features of the villa has been taken away, the BBQ area was one of our best areas to sit at night time, eat our dinner and play cards, the lighting was good the whole area was a special area, with that area not their anymore we didn't enjoy it so much, the new BBQ position and the seating area was not to our liking, with no lighting in place it was impossible to sit in the area in the evening, lighting should have been a number one priority when moving the BBQ.

We are still working on this area and the BBQ area will be much improved Lighting is a key element and the area is going to have some more improvements done to it early in December. The area around the BBQ is going to be extended and the lighting in place, a new seating area and possibly a fire pit will be going in as well, to make the area really sociable for the future. Very comfortable and clean. Nicely decorated. TV with various channels, good wi fi. Nice pool and patio area with comfortable furniture. Well equipped kitchen. The slow cooker and blender were a nice bonus. We used it several time. Great to come in tplus

The wok and frying pans could do with replacing. The dishwasher did not really clean the dishes properly. But we were fine to wash up. Also 2 sets of towels would be nice plus a bath mat in the second bathroom. And last a mirror in the other double bplus

We loved this villa, great location. Villa is spotless well maintained and well equipped. The outside area was amazing we have loved every second of being here and we can’t wait to return.

Instructions for switching off villa alarm would have been useful on arrival! Replacement of ripped canopy needed. Provision of a couple of euro coins for air con would be useful to start the week.

Everything about this villa was as wondedful and had everything you could possibly want, the outside space was ample and well maintained and the deck area was a great addition with comfy seating in the shade.

Inside was immaculate and the villa had everything you would need, the welcome pack was very well received as we arrived late. The location is great, on a quiet street, and 10 minutes for a walk to flamingo area and probably another 15 to playa blanca centre. We were lucky enough to meet the owners whilst there and they were very helpful and accomodating. We had a few small issues on arrival which were sorted promptly the next day by villas now reps. |

No real negatives about the villa, the only thing we would have liked was a brush and pan to clean the tiled living/kitchen space as we saw fit.
