La Villa Alegranza est une villa de 2 chambres et 1 salle de bains avec piscine privée chauffée, WiFi et climatisation. Situé dans la communauté résidentielle recherchée de Parque Del Rey, à Playa Blanca.
La Villa Alegranza possède de grandes portes à l'avant de la propriété offrant une grande intimité et sécurité. La villa a été conçue pour être adaptée aux personnes à mobilité réduite. Il n'y a pas de marches autour de la propriété et il n'y a qu'un petit rebord entre la terrasse et les entrées.
Lorsque vous entrez dans la villa, vous trouverez une cuisine ouverte et un coin repas entièrement équipés avec tout ce que vous pouvez attendre d'une villa de ce niveau. La cuisine comprend un lave-linge, un réfrigérateur-congélateur, un four micro-ondes, une bouilloire, un grille-pain, des couverts, de la vaisselle et suffisamment d'ustensiles de cuisine et d'équipements pour satisfaire la plupart des cuisiniers.
À côté de la salle à manger se trouve le salon récemment rénové. Il peut accueillir 4 personnes avec une télévision à écran large, un lecteur DVD (DVD non fournis), un fantastique système IPTV (chaînes BBC, chaînes ITV, chaînes SKY, SKY Sports, Sky Movies et une multitude de chaînes internationales), le tout soutenu par une nouvelle connexion Internet par FIBRE OPTIQUE offrant jusqu'à 300 Mo de vitesse de téléchargement ! De nouvelles portes vitrées sur toute la longueur qui peuvent être repliées vers l'arrière, rendent l'espace lumineux et spacieux et vous pouvez les ouvrir pour que la pièce puisse être utilisée comme une extension vers l'extérieur. Cela permet d'accéder très facilement à l'espace barbecue.
La villa dispose de 2 chambres, toutes deux bénéficiant de la climatisation (à pièces). La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king size et donne sur le jardin arrière. La deuxième chambre est aménagée en chambre double et dispose d'une salle de douche privative adaptée aux personnes en fauteuil roulant.
À l'extérieur de la villa se trouve une piscine privée chauffée à l'électricité avec marches et main courante. La terrasse dispose de 4 chaises longues, d'un grand barbecue spécialement conçu avec évier et d'une table extérieure pour les repas en plein air.
L'arrière de la propriété a été aménagé avec du gazon artificiel. Il est donc adapté aux enfants et a toujours fière allure. Situé sur l'herbe se trouve le bain à remous qui est complètement privé et idéal pour les nuits claires de Lanzarote pour se détendre avec un verre !

Villa Alegranza is situated in a quiet area which is close to the centre of Playa Blanca. This is our second time that we have stayed at this villa. We love the pool and hot tub.

The villa is very private ad quiet with a high wall and gate unlike some of the others on the estate. The pool area and gardens have been updated with new pool surround tiles and a plastic grass area giving a new place for late sun..to be fair there plus

Location wise its perfect a short 20-30 min walk into town and a less than 5 euro taxi home after a beer or two -) Both bedrooms have coin operated Aircon (1 and 2 euro coins) which seemed very reasonable cost wise to ensure a great nights sleep and the large bed for sure was very comfortable. A small welcome pack or beer, water, wine and milk was a nice touch incase of late arrival. |

The Villa was everything we needed and more. Spotlessly clean, well equipped and in a nice quiet location.
We had a slight issue with the pool not being heated, but was resolved as soon as we mentioned it. Everybody was attentive and accommodating.plus

IPTV is a great idea but sadly we could not get it working...step by step instructions applicable to the TV and Mag box in the villa's folder would be very helpful...am sure its down to us beplus

Wow! Were the words when we arrived, a family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The accommodation is based within a complex of similar properties. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The area around the pool is very secluded, the lounge area hplus
Wow! Were the words when we arrived, a family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The accommodation is based within a complex of similar properties. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The area around the pool is very secluded, the lounge area has the option of opening the doors onto the pool area, the rooms are ample sized and benefit from a large shower room at the back of the accommodation. The kitchen is stocked with all equipment and basics you could need alongside the generous welcome gifts. We chose to have the pool heated though it wasn't when we arrived (not usually requested in peak season), we preferred it heated. The hot tub is a nice added extra but the pool was adequate. Our rental car was beneficial with doing the shopping and for visits to the far side of the resort. This is a lovely little holiday in itself, would recommend

Lovely little villa and great service. We loved the fully equipped kitchen allowing us to make some meals. We loved the patio area so that we could lounge or swim. It was ideal and catered for everything we needed.

I know its known as windy island but we have never seen it quiet so bad, unfortunately there is no broom to sweep patio and tiled floor so lots of leaves and dust blowing in.

Very clean. Fully equipped kitchen. Great heated pool and outside areas. Very generous welcome items with milk, tea, coffee, wine and beer. Also very easy to get hold of the office by a quick whatsapp message. Definitely recommend and cant wait to boplus
